一种车用燃气喷嘴,包括一喷嘴阀导轨,在其一端连接进气嘴,另一端连接堵头,在进气嘴和堵头之间有一总气道;所述导轨上连接至少一只喷嘴单元,所述喷嘴单元包括一出气接嘴,其与一出气通道接通,出气通道的端口连通总气道,所述出气通道的端口有一阀芯垫压在其上,阀芯垫连接阀芯;一线圈支架与导轨连接,支架内的线圈为中空,阀芯设置在其中,并可以滑动;一调气螺钉,设置在线圈中空的顶部;一弹簧安装在阀芯和调气螺钉之间。阀芯垫在与喷射通道口接触之处有柔性设计,密封性能好,噪音小。喷嘴阀导轨不但是安装多个喷嘴单元的支撑体,也是总气道的载体,使得本实用新型的结构更加紧凑,坚固,容易安装和调试。

车用燃气喷嘴
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种通过阀体的开通或关闭进行燃料喷射的燃料喷射阀,特别是设计利用电磁线圈吸引衔铁来实现阀体的开通或关闭进行燃料喷射的燃料喷射阀。
背景技术
目前,国际石油价格不断攀升,而我国是一个贫油国家,但却是一个富气国家,况且燃气汽车的排放更益于环保。所以燃气喷射阀随着国家燃气汽车的迅速发展,在压缩天然气、液化石油气汽车上得到广泛使用。
但许多产品由于燃气喷射阀结构性问题,在实际使用中,会出现由于衔铁组件中的阶梯顶杆断裂、衔铁管松动和流量散差大等问题,而导致燃气喷射阀早早失效,可靠性变差。
一般常见的燃气喷射阀,燃气喷射阀中的衔铁行程是通过选配阀座和弹簧座组件来确定的,而且他们一旦装配完成,行程便不可调。在使用过程中常常有衔铁组件松动现象,容易发生顶杆断裂导致燃气喷射阀的失效。
显而易见,燃气喷射阀在燃气发动机中属于易损件,而且价格偏高,燃气喷射阀很大程度上成为制约燃气汽车发展的瓶颈。
例如中国发明专利申请200610051252,所公开的名为“燃气高精度喷射阀”的技术方案,其钢球组件在工作中受到衔铁组件的高频冲击,没有缓冲设计,寿命不长。再者,由其说明书附图可以看出,其衔铁组件的长度是固定的,与钢球封闭喷嘴时的接触距离也是固定的,这就导致了其调节性能不是很好,且噪音较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足之处,而提出一种车用燃气喷嘴,本实用新型的车用燃气喷嘴适用于压缩天然气、液化石油气汽车,本实用新型将衔铁、弹簧、吸合线圈设计在同一侧,衔铁的阀芯垫在与喷射通道口接触之处有柔性设计,密封性能好,噪音小。
本实用新型通过采用如下的技术方案来实现:
设计制造一种车用燃气喷嘴,所述喷嘴包括:
一喷嘴阀导轨,在所述喷嘴阀导轨的一端连接进气嘴,另一端连接堵头,在进气嘴和堵头之间有一总气道;
所述喷嘴阀导轨上连接至少一只喷嘴单元,所述喷嘴单元包括
一出气接嘴,与一出气通道接通,出气通道的端口连通总气道,所述出气通道的端口并有一阀芯垫压在其上,所述阀芯垫连接阀芯;
一线圈支架,通过一密封连接件与喷嘴阀导轨连接,所述线圈支架中设置一线圈,所述线圈为中空,所述阀芯设置在其中,并可以滑动;
一调气螺钉,设置在线圈中空的顶部,通过螺纹旋进或旋出;
一弹簧安装在阀芯和调气螺钉之间。
所述进气嘴、堵头、出气接嘴与喷嘴阀导轨连接处都有密封圈。
所述密封连接件与喷嘴阀导轨连接之处设置密封圈。
所述阀芯垫与出气通道的端口接触面具有柔性结构。
所述总气道与各个喷嘴单元中出气通道连通。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的车用燃气喷嘴将衔铁、弹簧、吸合线圈设计在同一侧,衔铁的阀芯垫在与喷射通道口接触之处有柔性设计,密封性能好,噪音小。喷嘴阀导轨不但是安装多个喷嘴单元的支撑体,也是总气道的载体,使得本实用新型的结构更加紧凑,坚固,容易安装和调试。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详尽的描述:

本实用新型的车用燃气喷嘴包括:一喷嘴阀导轨10,在所述喷嘴阀导轨10的一端连接进气嘴11,另一端连接堵头12,在进气嘴11和堵头12之间有一总气道14;
所述喷嘴阀导轨10上连接至少一只喷嘴单元1,所述喷嘴单元1包括:
一出气接嘴13,与一出气通道15接通,出气通道15的端口连通总气道14,所述出气通道15的端口并有一阀芯垫21压在其上,所述阀芯垫21连接阀芯20;
一线圈支架25,通过一密封连接件27与喷嘴阀导轨10连接,所述线圈支架25中设置:
一线圈23,所述线圈23为中空,所述阀芯20设置在其中,并可以滑动;
一调气螺钉24,设置在线圈23中空的顶部,通过螺纹旋进或旋出;
一弹簧22安装在阀芯20和调气螺钉24之间。
所述进气嘴11、堵头12、出气接嘴13与喷嘴阀导轨10连接处都有密封圈。
所述密封连接件27与喷嘴阀导轨10连接之处设置密封圈。
所述阀芯垫21与出气通道15的端口接触面具有柔性结构。
所述总气道14与各个喷嘴单元1中出气通道15连通。
由于本实用新型的调气螺钉24压在弹簧22上,就可以通过旋动调气螺钉24,来调节压紧弹簧22的压力,也就是调节对弹簧22的压紧程度,从而调节了阀芯垫21被线圈23吸合时,与出气通道15的端口之间的距离,这个距离,决定了燃气的通过量的多少。
本实用新型的车用燃气喷嘴的优点在于将衔铁、阀芯垫、弹簧、吸合线圈设计在同一侧,便于精细调节出气量;本实用新型的衔铁的阀芯垫在与喷射通道口接触之处有柔性设计,密封性能好,噪音小。
本实用新型的喷嘴阀导轨不但是安装多个喷嘴单元的支撑体,也是总气道的载体,使得本实用新型的结构更加紧凑,坚固,容易安装和调试。

Claims (5)

1.一种车用燃气喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴包括:
一喷嘴阀导轨(10),在所述喷嘴阀导轨(10)的一端连接进气嘴(11),另一端连接堵头(12),在进气嘴(11)和堵头(12)之间有一总气道(14);
所述喷嘴阀导轨(10)上连接至少一只喷嘴单元(1),所述喷嘴单元(1)包括
一出气接嘴(13),与一出气通道(15)接通,出气通道(15)的端口连通总气道(14),所述出气通道(15)的端口并有一阀芯垫(21)压在其上,所述阀芯垫(21)连接阀芯(20);
一线圈支架(25),通过一密封连接件(27)与喷嘴阀导轨(10)连接,所述线圈支架(25)中设置
一线圈(23),所述线圈(23)为中空,所述阀芯(20)设置在其中,并可以滑动;
一调气螺钉(24),设置在线圈(23)中空的顶部,通过螺纹旋进或旋出;
一弹簧(22)安装在阀芯(20)和调气螺钉(24)之间。

所述进气嘴(11)、堵头(12)、出气接嘴(13)与喷嘴阀导轨(10)连接处都有密封圈。
