本实用新型属于玻璃炉内融化的搅拌装置技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃液搅拌桨。
背景技术
玻璃液搅拌桨通常安装在熔窑卡脖处,通过多个搅拌器,对流过卡脖断面的玻璃液进行机械搅拌,用于消除或降低因熔窑结构及玻璃配合料不均匀而造成的熔窑内自然均化过程中不能克服的缺陷,促使玻璃液的温度、成分均匀,从而进入成型区的玻璃液的温度和化学均匀性得到有效保证。对高硼硅玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃能有效的消除析晶和条纹。现有技术的搅拌桨通常有蝶型、螺旋型、三叶式的,搅拌时经常产生气泡,且容易造成成品玻璃出现条纹。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供了一种玻璃液搅拌桨,其桨叶采用齿轮直式结构,解决了现有技术中的问题,提高了成品率。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案:
一种玻璃液搅拌桨,包括搅拌杆,搅拌杆的一端设有桨叶,另一端设有安装孔,其特征是,所述的桨叶是齿轮直式结构。
根据安装的需要,本实用新型也可以设置两个安装孔。
所述玻璃液搅拌桨的尺寸是:棒体长0.5~2.0米,桨叶长度0.1~0.3米。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在玻璃液搅拌时,不易产生气泡,且减少了成品玻璃出现条纹的几率,提高了成品率。

实施例
如图1所示,一种大型玻璃液搅拌桨,包括搅拌杆1,搅拌杆1的一端设有桨叶2,如图2、3所示,所述的桨叶2是齿轮直式结构。如图2所示,在搅拌杆1的另一端设置两个安装孔3。本实用新型的搅拌桨材质是莫来石,替代现有技术的硅线石。其制备工艺与现有技术基本相同。
