Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种水晶滴胶卡,它包括有卡体,在卡体的单面或正反两面还印制有油墨图案层,且在卡体内设置有天线和非接触IC模块组成的RFID谐振回路,其特征是:在所述油墨图案层的表面上印制有一层层压光油,且在层压光油层表面涂覆有一层水晶滴胶;本实用新型的水晶滴胶卡具有完美的水晶质感、晶莹剔透和时尚的特点,特别是具有比原有的水晶滴胶卡更强的机械性能,表面水晶胶不易脱落,本实用新型技术方案主要应用于非接触IC卡上,可以制成各种不同的形状,如钥匙扣、钱币形状等。

Description

水晶滴胶卡
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种可以进行非接触交易的非接触式IC卡的改进,特别是一种水晶滴胶卡。
(二)背景技术:
交易卡现已被各行业广泛使用,尤其是银行金融交易卡和公交IC卡,已逐步实现一卡多用的功能,使得许多商店都可以实现电子支付,尤其是用非接触IC卡支付已经成为未来支付业和制卡业的发展方向。而表面涂覆有水晶滴胶的小型交易卡作为一种刚诞生不久的新产品,因具有小巧、轻颖、易于携带、外观晶莹剔透和时尚等众多优点,越来越受到发卡机构的推崇,更受到持卡人的青睐,未来在卡市场上极具增长潜力。目前,公知的水晶滴胶卡包括有卡体,在卡体的外表面印制油墨图案层,在油墨图案层外表面粘贴塑料打印纸或PVC薄膜,再在打印纸或PVC膜表面涂覆水晶滴胶,这种结构致使外层涂覆的水晶滴胶在使用的过程中很容易脱落(主要因为PVC薄膜或塑料打印纸与涂覆的水晶胶之间的粘合力极小),从而使水晶胶失去其美化卡片和保护卡片的意义。另外,由于卡片(可以为任意形状,只要能容纳天线和芯片模块即可)较小,且最外层的胶层较厚,这对卡片各层之间的粘合力有更高的要求。如果印刷油墨与印刷基片之间的粘合力不能达到一定值,这也会导致卡片在使用的过程中出现脱胶。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要解决现有水晶滴胶卡表面水晶滴胶容易脱落的缺陷,提供一种新型水晶滴胶卡,该滴胶卡能大幅度提高水晶滴胶与卡体的粘合强度,提高使用寿命。
本实用新型的具体方案是:为了克服水晶胶与PVC印刷表面粘合力不足的问题,一种新的卡体结构被采用,即在油墨图案外层不使用PVC保护膜,而采用层压光油。
本实用新型的具体方案是:水晶滴胶卡,它包括有芯层卡体,在卡体的单面或正反两面还印制有油墨图案层,且在卡体内设置有天线和非接触IC模块组成的RFID谐振回路,其特征是:在所述油墨图案层的表面上印制有一层层压光油,且在层压光油层表面涂覆有一层水晶滴胶。
本实用新型中所述的水晶滴胶层厚度为0.2-1.5mm。
本实用新型中所述卡体的外表面和印制的油墨图案层之间印刷有一层打底光油。
本实用新型中在卡体内置天线和芯片模块以外的区域穿有一孔安装挂绳,以方便佩带。
本实用新型中所述卡体可以采用PVC或PET或ABS等材料制成的白色或彩色基片。
本实用新型的有益效果是有效的防止了卡片在使用过程中出现外层水晶胶的脱落,以保证水晶胶正真发挥其美化卡片和保护卡片的作用。

(五)具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2,本实用新型具有PVC卡体5(卡体5由多层构成,材料还可选用PET、ABS、PETG、PC等材料制成的白色或彩色基片),卡体5内设置有RFID天线11和与之相连接的非接触式IC芯片模块10,卡体5的正反两面印制有图案油墨层3和7,而在卡体正反两面和印制的油墨图案层之间根据需要选择印刷打底光油4和6(可选用英国APOLLO公司的S2871),特别是在本实用新型中,在印制的胶印/丝印油墨图案层表面印制了两层层压光油2和8(该层压光油2和8可选用英国阿波罗APOLLO公司生产的S4679层压光油),最后在层压光油2和8表面涂覆水晶滴胶层1和9,即制成本实用新型的水晶滴胶卡。
本实用新型还可在卡体内置天线和芯片模块以外的区域穿孔安装挂绳,以方便佩带。
上述所列具体实现方式为非限制性的,对本领域的技术熟练人员来说,本实用新型在不偏离本实用新型范围内,可以进行各种改进和变化,比如所述的卡至少是交易卡,但可以延伸到各种金融、公交等卡片。

Claims (5)

1.一种水晶滴胶卡,它包括有卡体,在卡体的单面或正反两面还印制有油墨图案层,且在卡体内设置有天线和非接触IC模块组成的RFID谐振回路,其特征是:在所述油墨图案层的表面上印制有一层层压光油,且在层压光油层表面涂覆有一层水晶滴胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶滴胶卡,其特征是:所述的水晶滴胶层厚度为0.2-1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶滴胶卡,其特征是:所述卡体的外表面和印制的油墨图案层之间印刷有一层打底光油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶滴胶卡,其特征是:在卡体内置天线和芯片模块以外的区域穿有一孔安装挂绳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶滴胶卡,其特征是:所述卡体可以采用PVC或PET或ABS或PETG或PC材料制成的白色或彩色基片。
