Abstract
本发明公开了一种识别认证系统及其生产方法,包括以下步骤:a)首先在透明片材表面上进行图案化处理;b)将透明片材经过图案化的一面与识别认证IC模组通过胶粘结在一起;c)经过紫外线固化或者加热固定后,切割。通过本发明提供的生产方法,可在识别认证系统上进行各种图案、文字、颜色处理,因内容制作在透明片材的背面(正面朝外),所以在使用识别认证系统时,比如指纹识别,不会因为人手的接触导致制作在透明片材上的内容磨损或脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及可用于脸部、手纹、眼部的识别认证系统,本发明还涉及该识别认证系统的生产方法。
背景技术
现有识别系统表面无法做印刷、喷涂等工艺,或者做了印刷或喷涂后容易脱落,表面效果单一,无法实现效果多样化,如添加图案,改变颜色,增加文字等。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种识别认证系统的生产方法。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种识别认证系统的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a)首先在透明片材表面上进行图案化处理;
b)将透明片材经过图案化的一面与识别认证IC模组通过胶粘结在一起;
c)经过紫外线固化或者加热固定后,切割。
优选的是,所述胶为透明液体胶或固体胶。
优选的是,所述透明片材为PET、PC、PMMA、玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石。
优选的是,所述步骤a)中,透明片材的表面通过丝印、喷涂、转印、电镀或雕刻进行图案化处理。
本发明还提供了一种识别认证系统,包括透明片材、识别认证IC模组,所述透明片材经过图案化处理的一面与识别认证IC模组粘结在一起。
优选的是,所述透明片材为PET、PC、PMMA、玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石。
通过本发明提供的生产方法,可在识别认证系统上进行各种图案、文字、颜色处理,因内容制作在透明片材的背面(正面朝外),所以在使用识别认证系统时,比如指纹识别,不会因为人手的接触导致制作在透明片材上的内容磨损或脱落。

为了使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案、取得的技术效果易于理解,下面结合具体的附图,对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
参考图1,本发明还提供了一种识别认证系统,包括透明片材3、识别认讧IC模组1,所述透明片材3经过图案化处理的一面与识别认证IC模组1通过胶2粘结在一起。
本发明还提供了一种识别认证系统的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a)首先在透明片材表面上进行图案化处理;该透明片材的表面可以通过丝印、喷涂、转印、电镀或雕刻等工艺进行图案化处理,例如制作各种图案、文字信息等。
b)将透明片材经过图案化的一面与识别认证IC模组通过胶粘结在一起;所述胶为透明液体胶或固体胶,可以将该胶预先涂在透明片材上,也可以预先涂在识别认证IC模组上;
c)经过紫外线固化或者加热固定后,切割。
通过本发明提供的生产方法,可在识别认证系统上进行各种图案、文字、颜色处理,因内容制作在透明片材的背面(正面朝外),所以在使用识别认证系统时,比如指纹识别,不会因为人手的接触导致制作在透明片材上的内容磨损或脱落。
本发明中,所述透明片材为PET、PC、PMMA、玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石。
本发明已通过优选的实施方式进行了详尽的说明。然而,通过对前文的研读,对各实施方式的变化和增加对于本领域的一般技术人员来说是显而易见的。申请人的意图是所有的这些变化和增加都落在了本发明权利要求所保护的范围中。
Claims (6)
1.一种识别认证系统的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)首先在透明片材表面上进行图案化处理;
b)将透明片材经过图案化的一面与识别认证IC模组通过胶粘结在一起;
c)经过紫外线固化或者加热固定后,切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述胶为透明液体胶或固体胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述透明片材为PET、PC、PMMA、玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a)中,透明片材的表面通过丝印、喷涂、转印、电镀或雕刻进行图案化处理。
5.一种识别认证系统,其特征在于:包括透明片材、识别认证IC模组,所述透明片材经过图案化处理的一面与识别认证IC模组粘结在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的识别认证系统,其特征在于:所述透明片材为PET、PC、PMMA、玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石。
