本实用新型涉及一种旋转自动焊接装置,特别适用于电动葫芦卷筒与法兰的焊接。
背景技术
现有的卷筒与法兰的焊接是手工拿着焊枪顺着卷筒的圆周的周面与法兰焊接,其缺点是:手工焊接点不牢固,焊接时间长,费工费时。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是提出一种自动焊接,省时省工,不会产生虚焊,焊缝质量好的一种旋转自动焊装置。本实用新型的任务是这样完成的:它包括电机、变频器、电机齿轮带动蜗轮、蜗杆齿轮传动,其特征在于:底座上固定有胎具体,胎具体上下端装有固定旋转主轴的定位轴承,旋转主轴上放置一个能随旋转主轴转动的旋转盘面。旋转盘面上开有定位槽,与旋转主轴通过键装配。本实用新型具有以下效果:采用本装置,能使焊接工件的焊缝质量光滑,省时省工。

具体实施方式
结合以上附图详细描述实施例:该装置的传动是由电机10带动变频器3和电机齿轮1与蜗杆齿轮2通过蜗杆4带动旋转主轴5转动,底座11上固定有胎具体8,胎具体8的上下端上装有固定旋转主轴5的定位轴承12,旋转主轴上放置一个能随其转动的旋转盘面6,旋转盘面上6上开有定位槽与旋转主轴通过键装配,旋转盘面6可以根据卷筒的直径不同更换,焊枪装在支架7上,通过枪座9固定在胎具体8上,使用时将卷筒通过旋转盘面6的定位槽固定,直接焊接。

1、旋转自动焊接装置,它包括电机、变频器、电机齿轮带动蜗轮、蜗杆传动,其特征在于:底座上固定有胎具体,胎具体上下端装有固定旋转主轴的定位轴承,旋转主轴上放置一个能随旋转主轴转动的旋转盘面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋转自动焊接装置,其特征在于:旋转盘面开有定位槽,与旋转主轴通过键装配。
