Abstract
本实用新型提供的轻质材料野营房，结构简单，相邻墙板与墙板或屋面板镶嵌粘接在同一根房拐角框上相互垂直的两条槽里。房体采用玻璃钢泡沫夹芯板或彩钢泡沫夹芯板制作，房拐角框采用玻璃钢或工业塑料制作。其目的是提供一种能够防潮不生锈，隔热保温性能好，工厂预制化程度高，现场组装快捷，节省运费的野营房。本实用新型对石油勘探开发工程尤其是针对国外施工单位或企业在多雨潮湿地区或沙漠高温地区极为适用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种由玻璃钢泡沫夹芯板或彩钢泡沫夹芯板，玻璃钢或工业塑料制成的房拐角框组成的房屋。这是一种能够防潮防锈、隔热保温效果好，预制化程度高，现场组装的野营房。
背景技术
目前的现有技术所生产的营房有集装箱式钢板焊接的野营房，其缺点是焊接、装修、除锈喷漆工序多，工艺复杂，只能在工厂车间制造，所以整体运输费用高。与此项技术相接近的是冷藏运输车车厢和物探营房车，它的制作方法是墙板与墙板或屋面板相互粘接，采用不锈钢或铝合金包边、包角用拉铆钉固定；它的缺点是安装粘接固化，铆钉固定需要一定时间，对齐找正需要工装夹具，只能在工厂车间内完成。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在工厂预制化程度高、到现场安装简单快捷、不受环境影响、节省运输费用的一种野营房。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：地面板四周镶嵌粘接房拐角框，拐角框槽口向上，形成矩形封闭的方框槽；前墙板、后墙板在两垂直端面上镶嵌粘接拐角框，墙板上下两端留出插接拐角框长度，拐角框槽方向相对于对面墙，墙板上下裸露端面防水处理，屋面板四周镶嵌粘接拐角框，拐角框槽口向下，形成矩形封闭的方框槽，两块山墙端面泡沫截面防水处理。房屋安装在一个钢制拖撬上，通过地面板房拐角框内安装的螺母将地面板用螺栓紧固在拖撬上。前墙下端面插入地面板房拐角框槽内，将山墙板同时插入前墙板与地面板房拐角框槽内，后墙板插入地面板房拐角框槽内，同时将山墙也插入后墙板房拐角框内。隔墙固定完后，将屋面板扣在四面墙上，将墙端面插入屋面板房拐角槽内，插接前涂抹粘接剂，粘接剂固化后，缝隙处理，完成房体的安装。
本实用新型提供的轻质材料野营房，结构简单，地面板、墙板和屋面板通过房拐角框联接。与冷藏运输车厢、物探营房车相比方便现场组装，与集装箱式野营房相比，隔热保温性好，防潮不锈，又能节省运输费用。可用于潮湿或高温沙漠地区。

图中可见，本实用新型提供的轻质材料野营房是由拖撬(1)、地面板(2)、前墙板(3)、后墙板(4)、山墙板(5)、(6)、屋面板(7)组成，相邻两块墙板或墙板与屋面板、墙板与地面板插入同一根房拐角框，不同方向的槽内，粘接剂粘接成一体，螺栓(13)穿过方垫片(14)，地面板房拐角框(18)与预埋螺母(21)紧固。前墙板(3)、后墙板(4)下端插入房拐角框(18)，上端插入房拐角框(16)，左右两端分别插入房拐角框(22)；山墙(5)、(6)下端插入房拐角框(18)，上端插入房拐角框(16)，前后两端分别插入房拐角框(22)。屋面板(7)是由泡沫夹芯板(17)端面镶嵌房拐角框(16)组成；地面板(2)是由泡沫夹芯板(19)、承重地板(20)、房拐角框(18)组成；所有房拐角框截面形状尺寸相同、长度尺寸不同。隔墙(8)、(9)、(10)是由相对外墙板较薄的泡沫夹芯板(23)与隔墙联接框(24)组成。抵绳架(11)雨漏(12)预埋在屋面板(7)里面。抵绳架是房屋整体吊装，防止房体变形预埋在屋面板内。支杆(15)焊接在拖撬上运输打包起支撑作用。

1.一种轻质材料野营房，是由拖撬(1)、地面板(2)、前墙板(3)、后墙板(4)、山墙板(5)、(6)、屋面板(7)所组成，本实用新型其特征是：相邻两块墙板或墙板与屋面板，墙板与地面板插入同一根房拐角框不同方向的槽内，粘接剂粘接一体，螺栓(13)将拖撬(1)与房体联接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质材料野营房，其特征在于：地面板(2)由承重地板(20)、泡沫夹芯板(19)插入房拐角框(18)粘接剂粘接所组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质材料野营房，其特征在于：屋面板(7)由泡沫夹芯板(17)插入房拐角框(16)粘接剂粘接所组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质材料野营房，其特征在于：所有房拐角框截面形状尺寸相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质材料野营房，其特征在于：隔墙(23)插入联接框(24)与相邻墙板或屋面板用螺钉固定，粘接剂粘接。
