本实用新型涉及一种夹紧机构,具体地说是一种应用于车床卡具的车床夹具。
背景技术
目前,在车床上上车削套类零件的内外圆时,有些零件不便用卡盘装卡进行加工,这样,不仅给加工工序带来麻烦,还会影响加工进度和工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是针对现有车床卡具夹紧工件的不足,提供一种结构简单,利用零件孔装卡工件,定位准确的车床夹具。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种车床夹具,包括夹具体,所述夹具体包括通过锁紧杆连接的内夹具体和外夹具体,所述内夹具体内部装有拉杆,所述外夹具体其中部装有内外套接的内弹性锥和外弹性锥套,该外弹性锥套上开有夹紧间隙,其端部用连接件连接有定位端子。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型利用零件孔装卡工件,并用断面定位,便于加工如轴套等套类零件,结构简单,定位准确,传动可靠,拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见附图,本实施例中,夹具体由内夹具体2和外夹具体1构成,内夹具体2和外夹具体1通过锁紧杆5连接,又用该锁紧杆5两端的螺栓将其固定;所述的内夹具体2中心轴线处还装有拉杆3,该拉杆3的一端通过定位键周向固定在内夹具体2内,其另一端与车床主轴相连接,再通过锁紧螺栓4将整个夹紧机构固定在车床卡盘上。外夹具体2的中部装有内弹性锥7,该内弹性锥7的外部套接有外弹性锥套8,二者通过圆锥体底面上的撑紧螺栓6一并固定在外夹具体1上,该外弹性锥套8外圆锥面上开有多个夹紧间隙10,外夹具体1的端部还用圆周分布的螺栓固定连接有定位端子9。
本实用新型的使用方法如下:将待加工零件的内圆套接在外弹性锥套8的端部圆柱上,旋紧撑紧螺栓6,在轴向力的作用下,使外弹性锥套8拉紧,内弹性锥7的外锥面和外弹性锥套8的内锥面楔紧,此时夹紧间隙10被扩大,致使外弹性锥套8端部圆柱的外径增大,故撑紧工件内孔,在二者的接触面上产生压紧力,由此压紧力所产生的摩擦力和摩擦力矩来实现动力的传递,带动被夹紧的工件进行车削。

1、一种车床夹具,包括夹具体,其特征在于:所述夹具体包括通过锁紧杆连接的内夹具体和外夹具体,所述内夹具体内部装有拉杆,所述外夹具体其中部装有内外套接的内弹性锥和外弹性锥套,该外弹性锥套上开有夹紧间隙,其端部用连接件连接有定位端子。
