本实用新型公开了电动汽车电机冷却水套,它包括双层结构,外圈壳层(1)与水冷腔体内圈层(2)焊接成一个整体,外圈壳层(1)上设有冷却水管(3),水冷腔体内圈层(2)上设置有螺旋梯形状散热筋(4),与外圈壳层(1)组成一螺旋形水腔(5)。本实用新型具有以下优点:采用双层结构方案,外圈壳层与水冷腔体内圈层焊接成一整体,既能很好的达到防漏封水的作用,又能使带空腔的机座有很好的强度。水冷腔体内圈层上设计成螺旋梯形状散热筋,与外圈壳层组成一螺旋形空腔,使散热面积大幅度增加,从而提高散热效率,增大换热容量,使电机产生的热量被充分的带走,从而使电机输出功率提高150%,电机效率达到93%。

本实用新型涉及一种冷却水套,特别是电动汽车电机冷却水套。
背景技术
电机运行时产生的各种损耗转变成热量,使电机各部件发热,温度升高。其温度升高的限值直接影响电机的使用寿命。在国内水冷电机中,机座水冷腔大多采用光滑水冷空腔,或采用蛇形沟槽水冷腔。对于机座采用光滑水冷腔的电机,由于散热面积小,机座强度低,使得电机输出功率仅提高40%。对于机座采用蛇形沟槽水冷腔的电机,虽然能较好地解决机座强度问题,但其散热面积仍然较小,使得电机运行中产生的热量不能充分的得到传递,限制了电机散热效率的提高,因此限制了电机输出功率的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种使用水作为冷却介质的电动汽车电机冷却水套,体积小巧,能够提高电机的功率密度,显著提高冷却效果。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:电动汽车电机冷却水套,它包括双层结构,外圈壳层与水冷腔体内圈层焊接成一个整体,外圈壳层上设有冷却水管,水冷腔体内圈层上设置有螺旋梯形状散热筋,与外圈壳层组成一螺旋形水腔。
通过上面的叙述可以看出,本实用新型具有以下优点:采用双层结构方案,外圈壳层与水冷腔体内圈层焊接成一整体,既能很好的达到防漏封水的作用,又能使带空腔的机座有很好的强度。水冷腔体内圈层上设计成螺旋梯形状散热筋,与外圈壳层组成一螺旋形空腔,使散热面积大幅度增加,从而提高散热效率,增大换热容量,使电机产生的热量被充分的带走,从而使电机输出功率提高150%,电机效率达到93%。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:电动汽车电机冷却水套,它包括双层结构,如图1、图2所示,外圈壳层1与水冷腔体内圈层2焊接成一个整体,外圈壳层1上设有冷却水管3,水冷腔体内圈层上设置有螺旋梯形状散热筋4,与外圈壳层组成一螺旋形水腔5。在冷却水套内设置转子6、定子7,在外圈壳层1的两个端头分别设置前端盖8和后端盖9,后端盖9上连有速度传感器10和引出电缆11。
