Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能光伏组测试仪,包括壳体与面板;所述壳体中设置有至少一路与所述太阳能光伏组串联的负载及测试电路;所述负载为白炽灯;所述测试电路中设置有直流断路器;所述壳体中还设置有直流电压表、直流电流表及温度仪;所述直流电压表与所述测试电路并联,所述直流电流表与所述测试电路串联,所述温度仪接受来自光伏板温度传感器和/或环境温度传感器的信号;所述直流电压表、所述直流电流表及所述温度仪与外接的计算机信号连接。本实用新型的太阳能光伏组测试仪由于采用了上述特殊的设计,具有重复测试精度、操作安全性好、精度高、作业方便等有益效果。

Description

太阳能光伏组测试仪
技术领域
本实用新型涉及光电测试领域,尤其涉及一种用于太阳能光伏组的测试仪。
背景技术
随着可持续性发展观念的加强及环保意识的提高,太阳能发电站的建设应用技术已进入日益成熟的阶段。
目前,国内已经建造了首座兆瓦级太阳能发电站。但在工程建设中,由于缺少专用的测试工具,在太阳能发电站投用之前,只能采用万用表来逐一测试每个光伏组的开路电压,不仅测试进度难以符合工程要求,测试的精确性、可操作性均难以满足工程的要求。
国际上应用较多的有日本生产的测试仪,但其用电容器为负载,精度误差大于2%,不符合我国的国家技术指标。并且该类测试仪的工作电压只有400伏,无法满足我国太阳光伏方阵中开路电压高于500多伏的要求。
另外,该类测试仪在直流主电路回路中,没有明显的断开电路点。在测量结束后,将直流电路自由脱开使测量操作带有极大的危险性,易造成拉弧事故。
因此,本领域的技术人员一直致力于开发一种操作简便、作业安全、测试精度高的太阳能光伏组测试仪。
实用新型内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简便、作业安全、测试精度高的太阳能光伏组测试仪。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种太阳能光伏组测试仪,包括壳体与面板;所述壳体中设置有至少一路与所述太阳能光伏组串联的负载及测试电路;所述负载为白炽灯;所述测试电路中设置有直流断路器;所述壳体中还设置有直流电压表、直流电流表及温度仪;所述直流电压表与所述测试电路并联,所述直流电流表与所述测试电路串联,所述温度仪接受来自光伏板温度传感器和/或环境温度传感器的信号;所述直流电压表、所述直流电流表及所述温度仪与外接的计算机信号连接。
较佳地,所述测试仪中还包括独立的光辐射显示仪,所述光辐射显示仪接受来自光辐射传感器的信号并与所述计算机信号连接。该量值作为同时测得的光伏板的伏安特性量值的参考依据,即光辐射量大时,测得伏安值也大。光辐射量值与光伏板的伏安量值成正比关系。
具体地,所述直流电压表、所述直流电流表及所述温度仪均可以为0.5级精度数显电子表。
本实用新型的太阳能光伏组测试仪由于采用了上述特殊的设计,具有如下有益效果:
1、采用白炽灯作为太阳光伏组的发电负载。利用白炽灯电阻稳定的特性,大大提高了测试仪的重复测试精度。并且灯的发光亮度可有助于观察太阳光伏板发电性能好坏。
2、由于设置了直流断路器,保证直流回路有明显断路,对直流测试线采用固定保险装置,防止直流电流回路无故断线引发电弧产生,提高了操作安全性。
3、由于选用0.5级精度数显电子表,使整个装置的精度符合国家规范的要求,也便于制作。
4、由于可外接计算机,测试数据可即时抄录,或用电脑显示,或储存记录和打印,方便了作业。
以下将结合附图对本实用新型的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本实用新型的目的、特征和效果。

图1是本实用新型一具体实施例的电气原理图。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的太阳能光伏组测试仪一具体实施例的电气原理图,包括壳体与面板(图1中未示出)。
壳体中设置有三路与外部的太阳能光伏组1串联的负载31、32、33及测试电路2。负载31、32、33均为白炽灯,分别连接有直流断路器36、37、38。负载电路中设置有短路开关34。
测试电路2中还设置有直流断路器21。
壳体中还设置有直流电压表41、直流电流表42及温度仪43、44,以及光辐射显示仪45。直流电压表41与测试电路2并联,直流电流表42与测试电路2通过分流器22串联。
工作电路4中还串联有保险丝40。
温度仪43接受来自光伏板温度传感器46的信号。温度仪44接受来自环境温度传感器47的信号。
光辐射显示仪45接受来自光辐射传感器48的信号。
直流电压表41、直流电流表42及温度仪43、44以及光辐射显示仪45均与外接的计算机5信号连接。
本实施例中,直流电压表41、直流电流表42及温度仪43、44等均选用0.5级精度数显电子表。
为便于工作人员操作,还可以把太阳能光伏组1连接到测试仪的连接线加长,使测试仪安置在地面上工作。
本实用新型的测试仪的功能指标如下:
1.电气性能:①工作电流量程:0~15A;
②短路电流量程:0~15A;
③工作电压量程:0~1000V;
④开路电压量程:0~1000V。
2.测量环境温度量程:—50~+150℃。
3.测量光伏板温度:—50~+150℃。
4.测量太阳能辐射量:0~2000W/m2
本实用新型的太阳能光伏组测试仪由于采用了上述特殊的设计,具有如下有益效果:
1、采用白炽灯作为太阳光伏组的发电负载。利用白炽灯电阻稳定的特性,大大提高了测试仪的重复测试精度。并且灯的发光亮度可有助于观察太阳光伏板发电性能好坏,显示效果直观明了。
2、由于设置了直流断路器,保证直流回路有明显断路,对直流测试线采用固定保险装置,防止直流电流回路无故断线引发电弧产生,提高了操作安全性。
3、由于选用0.5级精度数显电子表,使整个装置的精度误差小于1%,符合国家规范的要求,也便于制作,满足了工程进度的要求。
4、由于可外接计算机,测试数据可即时抄录,或用电脑显示,或储存记录和打印,方便了作业。
根据实验,采用本实用新型的测试仪检测了6105块太阳光伏和14594个接插件经过组装后质量是否完好。在检测过程发现了5处有问题(被测太阳光伏工作电压偏低),经检查发现均为接插件组装不好,芯子没有装到位,造成公母接触不良。经处理后,实验的太阳光伏组串并联100%符合设计要求。
应该理解,在本实用新型的权利要求书、说明书中,所有“包括……”均应理解为开放式的含义,也就是其含义等同于“至少含有……”,而不应理解为封闭式的含义,即其含义不应该理解为“仅包含……”。
综上所述,本说明书中所述的只是本实用新型的几种较佳具体实施例,以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制。凡本技术领域中技术人员依本实用新型的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在本实用新型的权利要求保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1、一种太阳能光伏组测试仪,包括壳体与面板;所述壳体中设置有至少一路与所述太阳能光伏组串联的负载及测试电路;其特征在于:所述负载为白炽灯;所述测试电路中设置有直流断路器;所述壳体中还设置有直流电压表、直流电流表及温度仪;所述直流电压表与所述测试电路并联,所述直流电流表与所述测试电路串联,所述温度仪接受来自光伏板温度传感器和/或环境温度传感器的信号;所述直流电压表、所述直流电流表及所述温度仪与外接的计算机信号连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏组测试仪,其特征在于:所述壳体中还设置有光辐射显示仪,所述光辐射显示仪接受来自光辐射传感器的信号并与所述计算机信号连接。
3、如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏组测试仪,其特征在于:所述直流电压表、所述直流电流表及所述温度仪均为0.5级精度数显电子表。
