Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种超声波熔接衣车,包括机头、机头控制机构和机头驱动装置,机头驱动装置通过机头控制机构联接机头;其中:所述机头驱动装置为电机。此处机头控制机构包括安装在超声波熔接衣车车头内的凸轮、杠杆,所述杠杆的支点固定在所述的衣车车头内,所述杠杆的阻力点下方联接所述机头,所述杠杆的动力点下方与所述凸轮的外沿相接,所述凸轮的中心轴安装在所述的衣车车头内且与所述电机输出轴联接。将超声波熔接衣车的机头驱动装置改为电机驱动,使整个超声波熔接衣车只用电力一种动力源,方便用户安装使用,且相对现有技术中用气动力来驱动机头节省了投资成本,节约了生产成本。同时可以对超声波熔接衣车的机头进行精确地控制。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及制衣设备,更具体地说,涉及一种利用超声波对布料进行熔接的无缝缝制衣服的衣车。
背景技术
现在市面上的超声波熔接衣车都是双动力衣车,如图1所示,其一种动力源是电力,在超声波熔接衣车的工作台面1的下面,驱动超声波发生装置产生超声波并通过震头4输入到布料中,使布料中可熔部分熔化,这里布料一般为化学纤维布料或者在纯棉布料的接口处涂抹一层熔接胶。另一种动力源是气动力,在超声波熔接衣车的工作台面1上面车头2头,现有技术中一般是通过一个气压活塞03和控制机构使衣车的机头5与前述的震头4相对,在工作台面1的两侧,对要熔接的布料施加一定的压力,使布料熔接。
这种超声波熔接衣车适合大型制衣企业,在生产线上,大批的超声波熔接衣车由一个压缩机或者其它装置提供统一的气压工作。这样的超声波熔接衣车由于使用了电力和气动力两种动力,具有以下不足:
1、不方便超声波熔接衣车搬移,当将衣车搬移时需要搬动两种动力,特别是气动力搬移不方便,当衣车从一个工作间搬移到另一个工作间时更加显得不方便了,如果另一工作间没有气动力源还需要增加气压产生装置。
2、浪费能源增加超声波熔接衣车的运营成本,为了提供气动力源需要另外投资配制气动力产生装备,此装备在工作过程中不停地运转,长时间耗能,并产生噪音使衣车工作环境变坏,同时增加这样的设备也增加了维护费用和人工成本,还增加了由于使用气动力带来的气爆危险等不利因素。
3、不能控制压头对熔接的衣料的压力进行精确的控制,由于储气罐或者输气管道的原因,在超声波熔接衣车的气压活塞03里的气压大小不是一成不变的,因此通过气压活塞03给衣车机头5的压力是不能进行精确控制的。因此衣车的操作员工对其进行控制时只能凭经验进行,容易产生次品。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是旨在提供一种完全由电力提供动力的超声波熔接衣车。
本实用新型进一步的目的是提供一种能精确控制超声波熔接衣车的压头压力的衣车。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出一种超声波熔接衣车,包括机头、机头控制机构和机头驱动装置,机头驱动装置通过机头控制机构联接机头;其中:所述机头驱动装置为电机。此处机头控制机构包括安装在超声波熔接衣车车头内的凸轮、杠杆,所述杠杆的支点固定在所述的衣车车头内,所述杠杆的阻力点下方联接所述机头,所述杠杆的动力点下方与所述凸轮的外沿相接,所述凸轮的中心轴安装在所述的衣车车头内且与所述电机输出轴联接。
本实用新型由于将机头驱动装置改为电机驱动,使整个超声波熔接衣车只用电力一种动力源,方便用户安装使用,且相对现有技术中用气动力来驱动机头节省了投资成本,节约了生产成本。同时由于使用了电机,对电机来说给超声波熔接衣车的机机头施加一个压力其大小可以通过电机的控制机构对电机控制实现压力的精确控制。
作为本实用新型的一个较好的实施方式,上述技术方案中电机为步进电机,对于步进电机来说一个明显的优点是对其行程可以进行精确控制,因此利用一个可编程的数字式控制电路对电机进行精确控制,可使机头对布料施加的压力符合布料本身特性要求,减少次品的产生。
下面结合附图和较佳实施例对本实用新型进行详细地说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1如图2、图3所示,一台超声波熔接衣车,在其工作台面1下是震头4等装置,在工作台面1上,有一个车头2,机头5安装在车头2内,用来对被熔接的布料进行挤压使熔化了的布料结合,在机头2上还有一刀轮52,该刀轮52通过一个刀轮轴53固定在机头5上,一台电机3通过机头控制机构与机头联接,机头控制机构包括一个凸轮7和一个杠杆6,杠杆的动力臂64与阻力臂65的长度之比为:1:2。所述杠杆的支点61固定在所述的衣车车头2内,所述杠杆的阻力点63下方通过机头架51与所述机头5联接,在阻力点63与机头架联接处,设有一减压弹簧8,所述杠杆的动力点62下方与所述凸轮7的外沿相接,所述凸轮7的中心轴安装在所述的衣车车头2内且与所述电机3输出轴联接。凸轮7在电机3带动下旋转,当凸轮7与杠杆6的动力点62联接处由短轴向长轴旋转时,顶起杠杆3的动力点62向上,带动阻力点63向下,向已经处于熔溶状态的布料施加一个压力,使两块布料熔接,当接口处有多余的布料时可以利用所带刀轮52将其切去。本实施例中根据需要可以使电机旋转的角度只在一定的范围内,比如在凸轮7设置上止点,当凸轮7与杠杆的皮动力点的联接处从凸轮7的短轴处向长轴方向旋转时,旋转到点时,不再向前旋转了,这个点称为上止点,使车头5与工作面1之间保持一定的距离,防止由于电机3对机头5施压时过于用力,使机头受损,在本实施例中,上止点与凸轮中心轴的连线跟凸轮的长轴之间的夹角为5°,上止为两个,分别位于凸轮长轴点两侧。在机头架51与杠杆6相联处增加一个减压弹簧8是为了在杠杆8与机头5之间增加一个缓冲,保护机头5不被压坏。
本实施例中电机3为步进电机,其大小为85×85mm,该步进电机具有一个控制电路,该控制电路为可编程的数字化控制电路,该电路可商购,通过编程可将多种常用的布料需要电机旋转的数量和施加的压力大小存储在控制电路中的存储器内,当操作员工进行操作时只需要从控制电路的操作板上输入所选布料的编号,就完成了设置,非常方便和明确。
本实施例中利用步进电机对机头施加一个动力,主要是利用步进电机的行程可以进行精确的控制,其实其它电机也可以,比如伺服电机,其它直流或者交流电机都可以。总之,只要是利用电机为超声波熔接衣车的机头提供动力使机头向被熔接的布料施加一个合适的压力,不论使用什么样的电机,都处于本实用新型的保护保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种超声波熔接衣车,包括机头(5)、机头控制机构和机头驱动装置,机头驱动装置通过机头控制机构联接机头;其特征在于:所述机头驱动装置为电机(3),所述机头控制机构包括凸轮(7)、杠杆(6),所述杠杆的支点(61)固定在所述的衣车车头(2)内,所述杠杆的阻力点(63)下方联接所述机头(5),所述杠杆的动力点(62)下方与所述凸轮(7)的外沿相接,所述凸轮(7)的中心轴安装在所述的衣车车头(2)内且与所述电机(3)输出轴联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的杠杆的动力臂(64)与阻力臂(65)的长度之比为:1:2。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的杠杆的阻力点(63)是通过机头架(51)与机头(5)相接,在所述机头架(51)上还的减压弹簧(8)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的机头(5)上还有一刀轮(52)利用刀轮轴(53)固定在所述机头(5)上。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的任何一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的电机(3)为步进电机。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的凸轮的长轴两侧分别有一上止点。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种超声波熔接衣车,其特征在于:所述的上止点与凸轮心的连线与凸轮长轴的夹角为5°。
