背景技术
我们知道，现有的杂质泵轴承轴向密封装置，是在托架体内设有主轴，托架体外侧设有轴承压盖，轴承压盖内设有O型密封圈，轴承压盖外侧设有防尘盘。这种杂质泵轴承轴向密封装置，由于轴承压盖内设有O型密封圈，密封性能差，可靠性低寿命短。

本实用新型解决的技术问题是，解决密封性能差，可靠性低寿命短的问题，提供一种密封性能好，可靠性高寿命长，能够确保泵正常运行的杂质泵轴承轴向密封装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是，托架体内设有主轴，托架体外侧设有轴承压盖，轴承压盖外侧设有防尘盘，主要结构特点是，轴承压盖内设有骨架油封，轴承压盖外侧与防尘盘内侧分别设有相互插接的凹凸轴承压盖子口和防尘盘子口。

如图所示的杂质泵轴承轴向密封装置，托架体8内设有主轴9，托架体8外侧设有轴承压盖1，轴承压盖1外侧设有防尘盘4，轴承压盖1内设有骨架油封7，骨架油封7的支撑性和弹性好，跟随抱紧性能好，密封性能好。轴承压盖1外侧与防尘盘4内侧分别设有相互插接的凹凸轴承压盖子口2和防尘盘子口3，密封性能好，可靠性高寿命长，能够确保泵正常运行。从图中可以看出，防尘盘4安装在挡套6上，经紧固螺钉5紧固在挡套6上，可以跟随挡套6一起随主轴9转动。
