Abstract

本实用新型是一种可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,包括:一印刷电路板,用以承载下列元件;至少一发光二极管,是置于该印刷电路板上;一第一连接装置,是置于该印刷电路板的一端且耦接至该发光二极管;以及一第二连接装置,是置于该印刷电路板的另一端且耦接至该发光二极管,且可与该第一连接装置互相插接;以便由该第一连接装置及该第二连接装置可将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号。

可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块
技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,尤指一种由连接器将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块。
背景技术
常见的条状发光二极管发光装置(LED light bar)通常具有若干发光二极管(LED),且底部具有一胶层,以便由该胶层以粘合于建筑物上,提供装饰或照明,尤其是在夜间,配合外接控制器的控制可使全彩、高亮度发光二极管发出各种颜色的变化,为夜间景色增添不少光彩。
惟上述的条状发光二极管发光装置通常为一长条状,因此其排列组合需受限于线条状的组合,例如方形、圆形、菱形、三角形等。此外,该条状发光二极管发光装置于出厂后的封装成捆线状,于使用时,使用者再依需要长度进行裁切,并组合成所需要的形状,但一经裁切后,其长度即无法改变,尤其是无法扩充(或延长),因此,当长度不足时,该条状发光二极管发光装置即无法再使用,造成浪费,诚属美中不足之处。
实用新型内容
本实用新型内容的目的是克服已有条状发光二极管发光装置的缺点,提供一种新型可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块。
本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块可由连接器将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号。
一种可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,包括:一印刷电路板,用以承载下列元件;至少一发光二极管,是置于该印刷电路板上;一第一连接装置,置于该印刷电路板的一端且耦接至该发光二极管;以及一第二连接装置,置于该印刷电路板的另一端且耦接至该发光二极管,且可与该第一连接装置互相插接;以便由该第一连接装置及该第二连接装置可将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号。
其中该印刷电路板的形状为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型,且其上具有至少一正极接垫、一负极接垫及线路供耦接至该发光二极管。
其中该发光二极管为单色或全彩发光二极管。
其中该第一连接装置为金手指或排针,其具有一正极接脚及一负极接脚分别经由该正极接垫、负极接垫耦接至该发光二极管。
其中该第二连接装置进一步具有一凹槽,该凹槽中具有一正极接脚及一负极接脚,且该两接脚延伸外露于该第二连接装置以分别经由该正极接垫、负极接垫耦接至该发光二极管。
其进一步具有一壳体,该壳体上具有两端镂空的一容置空间供该印刷电路板容置,且该壳体的上表面上具有至少一孔洞供该发光二极管外露。
其中该第一连接装置内藏于该壳体中,该第二连接装置外露于该壳体,或者该第一连接装置及第二连接装置皆内藏于该壳体中。
其中该第一连接装置及第二连接装置皆外露于该壳体。
其进一步具有一控制盒,其内具有至少一控制器及一连接器,该连接器连接于该第一连接装置或第二连接装置。
其中该壳体是以绝缘材质所制成,且其形状为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型,以供容置该印刷电路板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其可克服已有条状发光二极管发光装置的缺点,提供一种新型可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块。
本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,可由连接器将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号。

具体实施方式
请一并参照图1及图2,其中图1(a)绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块的分解示意图;图1(b)绘示本实用新型的印刷电路板、第一连接装置及第二连接装置的后侧示意图;图2绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块的组合示意图。
如图所示,本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块包含:一壳体10;一印刷电路板20;至少一发光二极管30;一第一连接装置40;以及一第二连接装置50所组合而成。
其中,该壳体10是以绝缘材质所制成,例如但不限于为塑料,其上具有两端镂空的一容置空间11供该印刷电路板20容置,且该壳体10的上表面上具有至少一孔洞12供该发光二极管30外露。
该印刷电路板20是置于该容置空间11中,用以承载该发光二极管30、第一连接装置40及第二连接装置50等元件,其上具有至少一正极接垫(pad)21、一负极接垫(pad)22及线路(图未示)供耦接至该发光二极管30,且该印刷电路板20的形状例如但不限于为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型等。
该发光二极管30是置于该印刷电路板20上且可外露于该孔洞12。此外,该发光二极管30及孔洞12的数量可视需要而改变,且该发光二极管30例如但不限于为单色或全彩高亮度发光二极管。当该发光二极管30为共阴极全彩发光二极管时,其分别需要红色(R)、绿色(G)、蓝色(B)的正极接垫(pad)21及一负极接垫(pad)22等四个接垫及线路(图未示),在本实施例中是以单色发光二极管为例加以说明,但并不以此为限。
该第一连接装置40是置于该印刷电路板20的一端,例如但不限于为右端,且耦接至该发光二极管30,其例如但不限于为金手指(goldenfinger),其具有一正极接脚41及一负极接脚42分别经由正极接垫21、负极接垫22耦接至该发光二极管30。其中该正极接脚41及负极接脚42的数量是与该正极接垫(pad)21及负极接垫(pad)22相同。
该第二连接装置50是置于该印刷电路板20的另一端,例如但不限于为左端,且耦接至该发光二极管30,其具有一凹槽51,该凹槽51中具有一正极接脚52及一负极接脚53,且该两接脚52、53延伸外露于该第二连接装置50,以便分别经由该正极接垫21、负极接垫22耦接至该发光二极管30。其中该正极接脚52及负极接脚53的数量是与该正极接垫(pad)21及负极接垫(pad)22相同。
于组合时,可先将该发光二极管30及第二连接装置50分别粘着于该印刷电路板20上;接着将该壳体10套置于该印刷电路板20上,即可完成本创作的发光二极管显示模块的组装。
请一并参照图3及图4,其中图3(a)绘示本实用新型另一实施例的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块的分解示意图;图3(b)绘示本实用新型另一实施例的印刷电路板、第一连接装置及第二连接装置的后侧示意图;图4绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块的组合示意图。
如图所示,本实用新型的该第一连接装置40亦可为一排针(pin),而该第二连接装置50则进一步具有一凹槽51,该凹槽51中具有一正极接脚52及一负极接脚53,且该两接脚52、53可为排针且延伸外露于该第二连接装置50,以便分别经由该正极接垫21、负极接垫22耦接至该发光二极管30。
于组合时,可先将该发光二极管30及第二连接装置50分别粘着于该印刷电路板20上;接着将该壳体10套置于该印刷电路板20上,即可完成本实用新型的发光二极管显示模块的组装。
请一并参照图5及图6(a)-图6(j),其中图5绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块的形状可为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型示意图;图6(a)-图6(j)分别绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块可扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号的示意图。
如图5所示,本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块其壳体10及印刷电路板20的形状可为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型,且该第一连接装置40例如但不限于为内藏于该壳体10中,该第二连接装置50例如但不限于为外露于该壳体10;或者,该第一连接装置40例如但不限于为内藏于该壳体10中,该第二连接装置50例如但不限于为内藏于该壳体10;或者,该第一连接装置40例如但不限于为外露于该壳体10中,该第二连接装置50例如但不限于为外露于该壳体10。
由内藏或外露于该壳体10的该第一连接装置40及该第二连接装置50,可将本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块任意扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号,例如图6(a)-图6(j)所示的0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9等数字。因此,本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块确实可改进已知技术的缺点。
请参照图7,其绘示本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块进一步可外接一控制盒的示意图。如图所示,本实用新型的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块进一步可外接一控制盒70,其内具有至少一控制器71及一连接器72,该连接器72可连接于该第一连接装置40或第二连接装置50,以便由该控制器71可控制该发光二极管30所发出的颜色及点亮时间。
所以,经由本实用新型的实施,可以由连接器将该发光二极管显示模块扩充组合成任意图形、文数字或符号的目的。
本实用新型所揭示的,乃较佳实施例,凡是局部的变更或修饰而源于本实用新型的技术思想而为熟习该项技术的人所易于推知的,俱不脱本实用新型的权利要求范畴。

Claims (10)

1.一种可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,包括:
一用以承载下列元件的印刷电路板;
至少一发光二极管,置于该印刷电路板上;
一第一连接装置,置于该印刷电路板的一端且耦接至该发光二极管;以及
一第二连接装置,置于该印刷电路板的另一端且耦接至该发光二极管,且可与该第一连接装置互相插接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该印刷电路板的形状为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型,且其上具有至少一正极接垫、一负极接垫及线路供耦接至该发光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该发光二极管为单色或全彩发光二极管。
4.如权利要求2所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该第一连接装置为金手指或排针,其具有一正极接脚及一负极接脚分别经由该正极接垫、负极接垫耦接至该发光二极管。
5.如权利要求4所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该第二连接装置进一步具有一凹槽,该凹槽中具有一正极接脚及一负极接脚,且该两接脚延伸外露于该第二连接装置以分别经由该正极接垫、负极接垫耦接至该发光二极管。
6.如权利要求5所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其进一步具有一壳体,该壳体上具有两端镂空的一容置空间供该印刷电路板容置,且该壳体的上表面上具有至少一孔洞供该发光二极管外露。
7.如权利要求6所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该第一连接装置内藏于该壳体中,该第二连接装置外露于该壳体,或者该第一连接装置及第二连接装置皆内藏于该壳体中。
8.如权利要求6所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该第一连接装置及第二连接装置皆外露于该壳体。
9.如权利要求6所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其进一步具有一控制盒,其内具有至少一控制器及一连接器,该连接器连接于该第一连接装置或第二连接装置。
10.如权利要求6所述的可任意扩充的发光二极管显示模块,其特征在于,其中该壳体是以绝缘材质所制成,且其形状为长条型、L型、倒T型或门字型,以供容置该印刷电路板。
