Abstract

一种太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件,包括尾座,尾座由管托和固定在管托下侧的平板组成,尾座下方具有固定座,固定座的顶面前部左右两侧各设有立壁,两立壁的内侧面上各设有导槽,尾座通过其平板插入固定座的两左右立壁的导槽之间而与固定座导轨式连接,固定座的底面前部设有凸台,凸台的前后两壁外侧面上各设有与太阳能热水器支架导轨式连接的导槽。本实用新型由尾座和固定座组合而成,由于尾座和固定座之间采用导轨式连接,固定座设有的导槽使固定座与太阳能热水器支架之间也是采用导轨式连接,而尾座和固定座之间通过楔块实现定位,所以不但安装和拆卸特方便,而且连接牢靠。本实用新型不用螺钉连接,安装和拆卸时不需专用工具。

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座,需要用双螺钉固定在太阳能热水器的支架下部,尾座上的双螺孔需要按尺寸打孔,而且在安装或拆卸真空集热管时,都不是很方便。中国专利号为01230132.9的实用新型专利说明书公开的一种太阳能真空集热管尾座只需要一个固定螺孔便可固定,能准确钻孔安装,但安装或拆卸真空集热管还不够方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种在安装或拆卸真空集热管方便的太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:本尾座组件包括尾座,尾座由管托和固定在管托下侧的平板组成,尾座下方具有固定座,固定座的顶面前部左右两侧各设有立壁,两立壁的内侧面上各设有导槽,尾座通过其平板插入固定座的两左右立壁的导槽之间而与固定座导轨式连接,固定座的底面前部设有凸台,凸台的前后两壁外侧面上各设有与太阳能热水器支架导轨式连接的导槽。
所述尾座的平板的底面后部设有楔块;固定座后部设有与平板上的楔块相对应的嵌入槽,尾座通过楔块嵌入固定座的嵌入槽中而使尾座与固定座之间定位。
所述平板底面上的楔块为并列两块,相应地,固定座后部的楔块嵌入槽为两个。
本实用新型具有如下积极效果:
本实用新型由尾座和固定座组合而成,由于尾座和固定座之间采用导轨式连接,固定座设有的导槽使固定座与太阳能热水器支架之间也是采用导轨式连接,而尾座和固定座之间通过楔块实现定位,所以不但安装和拆卸特方便,而且连接牢靠。本实用新型不用螺钉连接,安装和拆卸时不需专用工具。

附图所示的实施例包括尾座1和固定座2。所述尾座1由管托1-1和固定在管托1-1下侧的平板1-2组成。管托1-1的管托形状与内径大小与该太阳能热水器真空集热管相匹配。尾座1的平板1-2底面后部设有并列的两楔块1-3;楔块1-3自前向后倾斜形成前低后高。
尾座1下方具有固定座2,固定座2的顶面前部左右两侧各设有立壁2-1,两立壁2-1的内侧面上各设有导槽2-11,尾座1通过其平板1-2插入固定座2的两左右立壁2-1的导槽2-11之间而与固定座2连接,固定座2的底面前部设有凸台2-2,凸台2-2的前后两壁外侧面上各设有导槽2-21。
固定座2后部设有与平板1-2上的楔块1-3相对应的嵌入槽2-3,尾座1通过楔块1-3嵌入固定座2的嵌入槽2-3中而使尾座1与固定座2之间定位。
本实用新型使用时,尾座1通过管托1-1套在太阳能热水器真空集热管的下端,固定座2通过导槽与太阳能热水器支架连接,尾座1通过其平板1-2插入固定座2的两左右立壁2-1的导槽2-11之间,将尾座1底面楔块嵌入固定座2的嵌入槽2-3中即完成安装。

1、一种太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件,包括尾座(1),其特征在于:尾座(1)由管托(1-1)和固定在管托(1-1)下侧的平板(1-2)组成,尾座(1)下方具有固定座(2),固定座(2)的顶面前部左右两侧各设有立壁(2-1),两立壁(2-1)的内侧面上各设有导槽(2-11),尾座(1)通过其平板(1-2)插入固定座(2)的两左右立壁(2-1)的导槽(2-11)之间而与固定座(2)导轨式连接,固定座(2)的底面前部设有凸台(2-2),凸台(2-2)的前后两壁外侧面上各设有与太阳能热水器支架导轨式连接的导槽(2-21)。
2、根据权利要求2所述的太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件,其特征在于:所述尾座(1)的平板(1-2)的底面后部设有楔块(1-3);固定座(2)后部设有与平板(1-2)上的楔块(1-3)相对应的嵌入槽(2-3),尾座(1)通过楔块(1-3)嵌入固定座(2)的嵌入槽(2-3)中而使尾座(1)与固定座(2)之间定位。
3、根据权利要求2所述的太阳能热水器真空集热管尾座组件,其特征在于:所述平板(1-2)底面上的楔块(1-3)为并列两块,相应地,固定座(2)后部的楔块嵌入槽(2-3)为两个。
