技术领域
本实用新型涉及沼气池,尤其是涉及一种顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池。
背景技术
传统的全玻璃钢沼气池都含有发酵池、气箱、进料管、出料管、水压间等五大构件,这些构件的功能是相互独立的。因此产品体积较大,造成生产成本较高,运输体积庞大,运输量较小,运输费用高;另外,水压间分设,受力状况恶劣,损坏的可能性较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、运输方便、成本低的顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种顶压式玻璃钢沼气池,包括下池、上池、水压间,水压间安装在上池的顶部,在上池上一体形成有进料通道、出料通道,上池的顶部装有导气管,上池的底部有下池。
所述下池为发酵间,呈碗型状,下池的上口有法兰,法兰上有一个圆环形状的反边;所述上池为贮气箱,呈球冠形状,周边有法兰,上池和下池的法兰经螺栓、螺母连接,法兰之间加有密封剂;所述水压间为扁锥形或圆锥形体,上、下部为空腔,上部有内法兰,下部有同上池的法兰相接的外法兰。
所述上池上的进料通道、出料通道位置对称。
所述下池、上池、水压间均有斜锥度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、结构简化。由传统的五件(发酵池、气箱、进料管、出料管、水压间)组成沼气池变为三件(上池、下池、水压间组成)。
2、功能强化,形成多功能共用结构。如本实用新型中的上池(气箱)中已包含进料通道、出料通道的功能;水压间中有进料、出料、储液保压的功能。
3、组件的工作面共用。如上池(气箱)的表面与水压间的底面共用,从而节省水压间的底层面积,由此节省玻璃钢使用面积,节省材料,降低成本。
4、水压间在上池的顶部,避免池体上部堆泥土,因此减轻了全玻璃钢沼气池的上部荷载,对池体起到保护作用。
5、三大组成构件都有斜锥度,方便重迭,运输体积减小,运输量成倍增加,从而成倍地降低运输费用。
6、减少占地面积,每口池比原有五件套池型至少省占地面积在5m2以上。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池的结构如图1、图2、图3、图4所示:它由下池1,上池2,水压间3组成。水压间3安装在上池2的顶部,在上池2上一体形成有进料通道10、出料通道11,上池2的顶部装有导气管4,上池2的底部有下池1。所述下池1为发酵间,呈碗型状,其底部为平面,四周为球面;下池的上口有法兰8,法兰8上有一个圆环形状的反边9。此结构起到连接和增加强度刚度的作用。所述上池2为贮气箱,成球冠形状,周边有法兰12;上池2与下池1之间通过螺栓6、螺母7将两法兰连接为一体,上池2的法兰位于下池1的法兰8的反边9内,法兰之间加有密封剂5,防止渗漏。所述水压间3为扁锥形或圆锥形体,上、下部为空腔(上、下部无底面),上部有内法兰,上部有内法兰起增强作用,下部有同上池2的法兰相接的外法兰13,这样,水压间3、上池2、下池1的法兰经螺栓6、螺母7连接在一起。所述上池2上的进料通道10、出料通道11位置对称。所述下池1、上池2、水压间3均有斜锥度,方便重迭。本实用新型中,水压间3有进料、出料和储液保压的多种功能,是产生气压的关键构件,位于上池2的顶部。
本实用新型的工作原理是:沼气池发酵原料从水压间3进入,经上池2的进料通道10进入下池1中,经发酵后产生沼气,沼气即上升进入上池2(气箱)中贮存,将料液从下池1中经进料通道10和出料通道11压入水压间3中。水压间3与上池2(气箱)中的液面高度差即为上池2(气箱)中的沼气压力。水压间3中增加的发酵液体积即为贮存沼气气量。

1、一种顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池,包括下池(1)、上池(2)、水压间(3),其特征在于:水压间(3)安装在上池(2)的顶部,在上池(2)上一体形成有进料通道(10)、出料通道(11),上池(2)的顶部装有导气管(4),上池(2)的底部有下池(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述下池(1)为发酵间,呈碗型状,下池的上口有法兰(8),法兰(8)上有一个圆环形状的反边(9);所述上池(2)为贮气箱,呈球冠形状,周边有法兰(12),上池(2)和下池(1)的法兰经螺栓(6)、螺母(7)连接,法兰之间加有密封剂(5);所述水压间(3)为扁锥形或圆锥形体,上、下部为空腔,上部有内法兰,下部有同上池(2)的法兰相接的外法兰(13)。
3、据权利要求1所述的顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述上池(2)上的进料通道(10)、出料通道(11)位置对称。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的顶压式全玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述下池(1)、上池(2)、水压间(3)均有斜锥度。
