本实用新型涉及一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置。包括手轮、蜗轮盒、蜗杆，其特征在于：蜗轮盒上的蜗杆连接手轮，在蜗杆上有一根被拉伸的弹簧，弹簧的两端与蜗杆连接，相对于蜗杆的弹簧处的蜗轮盒上有一扇齿轮，扇齿轮的齿与蜗杆的弹簧相啮合，扇齿轮连接驱动主轴。弹簧的两端与蜗杆由点焊连接，在蜗杆上相对于弹簧处有螺旋浅槽。本实用新型的优点是能大大简化加工蜗杆的工艺过程，降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种中央空调通风调节阀驱动装置，特别是一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置。
背景技术
目前在工厂、医院、会场等场合使用中央空调的越来越多，在中央空调使用场合一般需要对进风量进行调节，主要是在通风管道上加装一个叶片式的风阀，由手动或电动驱动一副蜗轮蜗杆来调节叶片的角度，以便开启或关闭风阀，由于蜗轮蜗杆的体积较大，而且加工比较困难，因此现在的一套驱动装置生产成本较高，同时，在具体使用时，由于转动的角度有限，实际上蜗轮转动的角度也仅仅是一个扇面，因此现有的风阀的驱动装置亟待改进，以低成本、易生产、结构简单的驱动装置替代。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术用一副蜗轮蜗杆来调节风阀叶片角度所存在的问题，提供一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置。本实用新型设计一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置，包括手轮、蜗轮盒、蜗杆，其特征在于：蜗轮盒上的蜗杆连接手轮，在蜗杆上有一根被拉伸的弹簧，弹簧的两端与蜗杆连接，相对于蜗杆的弹簧处的蜗轮盒上有一扇齿轮，扇齿轮的齿与蜗杆的弹簧相啮合，扇齿轮连接驱动主轴。弹簧的两端与蜗杆由点焊连接，在蜗杆上相对于弹簧处有螺旋浅槽。本实用新型的优点是能大大简化加工蜗杆的工艺过程，降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
图中包括手轮1、蜗轮盒2、蜗杆3，其特征在于：蜗轮盒2上的蜗杆3连接手轮1，在蜗杆3上有一根被拉伸的弹簧4，弹簧4的两端与蜗杆3连接，相对于蜗杆3的弹簧4处的蜗轮盒2上有一扇齿轮5，扇齿轮5的齿与蜗杆3上的弹簧4相啮合，扇齿轮5连接驱动主轴6。弹簧4的两端与蜗杆3由点焊连接，在蜗杆3上相对于弹簧4处有螺旋浅槽7。
具体使用时，一般风阀叶片的转动力矩较小，因此当转动手轮1时，蜗杆3上的点焊连接的弹簧4吻合扇齿轮5，并驱动扇齿轮5转动，而蜗杆3上相对于弹簧4处的螺旋浅槽7有利于弹簧4的定位及增大力矩。

1、一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置，包括手轮、蜗轮盒、蜗杆，其特征在于：蜗轮盒上的蜗杆连接手轮，在蜗杆上有一根被拉伸的弹簧，弹簧的两端与蜗杆连接，相对于蜗杆的弹簧处的蜗轮盒上有一扇齿轮，扇齿轮的齿与蜗杆的弹簧相啮合，扇齿轮连接驱动主轴。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置，其特征在于：弹簧的两端与蜗杆由点焊连接。
3、按权利要求1所述的一种中央空调通风调节阀的手动驱动装置，其特征在于：在蜗杆上相对于弹簧处有螺旋浅槽。
