公开了一种新型股骨头置换关节类假体,由假体股骨头(1)、假体股骨颈(2)、假体股骨头柄(3)组成,假体股骨头柄(3)插入骨髓腔的钴铬钼合金外层,由加工成锯齿形的记忆合金包裹。采用本实用新型,假体股骨头在低温状态下打入骨髓腔后,在患者的体温下逐渐恢复记忆,其周边的锯齿有力伸开插入骨髓腔内侧壁,从而使其与骨髓腔紧密结合,避免了松动,保证了手术成功率,是一种效果好、成功率高的新型股骨头置换假体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及矫形外科的骨科置换关节类假体,具体地说是一种新型股骨头置换假体。
背景技术
在矫形外科的骨科置换关节类假体中,虽经工艺及材料的多方改进,股骨头假体置换后松动依然是关节置换失败的最常见原因。一是手术问题:如生物型股骨头柄,一般打入骨髓腔不能太紧,但术后随着负重增加往往会引起下沉。骨水泥型扩骨髓腔由于清理很难做到非常彻底,结合不紧密,二种方法都存在术后股骨头松动问题。二是患者自身的原因:患者由于骨质疏松,引起股骨头柄周围骨质吸收、造成间隙而引起术后股骨头松动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能与股骨髓腔紧密结合、具有记忆功能的镍钛记忆合金新型股骨头置换关节类假体。
本实用新型是这样实现的:新型股骨头置换关节类假体,由假体股骨头、假体股骨颈、假体股骨头柄组成,其要点在于:假体股骨头柄插入骨髓腔的钴铬钼合金外层,由加工成锯齿形的记忆合金包裹。
记忆合金是一种原子排列规则,体积变化为小于0.5%的马氏体相变合金。这种合金在低温下硬度降低且具有可塑性,在外力作用下会产生变形。外力去掉后,在一定的温度条件下,又可以恢复原有的形状及硬度。
基于此原理,将外层包裹加工成锯齿形记忆合金的股骨头柄3,经低温处理,使其周边的锯齿在贴服状态,在充分扩髓后,将其打入骨髓腔,并适当固定,进入骨髓腔的股骨头柄3上包裹的记忆合金,在体温的作用下逐渐恢复记忆,锯齿缓慢伸开,并牢牢嵌入骨髓腔,实现人工股骨头柄与股骨髓腔的牢固结合。
采用本实用新型,置入的假体股骨头的股骨头柄3插入骨髓腔的钴铬钼合金外层,由加工成锯齿形的记忆合金包裹。由于所选记忆合金为镍钛合金,材料的性质稳定。假体股骨头在低温状态下打入骨髓腔后,在患者的体温下逐渐恢复记忆,其周边的锯齿有力伸开插入骨髓腔内侧壁,从而使其与骨髓腔紧密结合,避免了松动,保证了手术成功率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,实施手术时将假体股骨头柄3的记忆合金包裹段,使用冰块充分降温,用扩髓工具将患者股骨髓腔充分扩髓,然后将经降温处理的假体股骨头柄3打入骨髓腔,由于记忆合金的特性,打入骨髓腔的假体股骨头柄3上包裹的记忆合金,随着患者的体温逐渐恢复记忆,其周边的锯齿有力伸开插入骨髓腔内侧壁,从而使其与骨髓腔紧密结合,避免了松动。因此,本实用新型是一种结构简单、手术效果好、成功率高的新型股骨头置换关节类假体。
