技术领域
     本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械中的植入物,特别是一种用于骨科髋关节置换手术中的内侧横截面的两条边线成夹角的股骨柄。
背景技术
在骨科髋关节置换手术中,需要用到股骨柄替代需修复的髋关节,在手术过程中需要去除部分松质骨,形成一个与股骨柄相匹配的型腔。股骨柄(如图1、2)的内侧弧形面(1)与型腔壁压配,形成稳定、可靠的压配关系。由于能更多的保留内侧弧形面松质骨,有效保证血液供给。而常规股骨柄(图3、4)内侧弧形面(1)设计为圆形,不利于保留更多的松质骨,不利骨生长。
发明内容
本实用新型专利针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种内侧横截面的两条边线成夹角(内侧弧形面扁平)的股骨柄,减少内侧弧形面松质骨的漏失。
