背景技术
目前传统水泵由泵轴、水封、叶轮、泵壳、轴承、皮带轮构成,其结构是悬臂式的,泵轴的一端装着叶轮,泵轴中间装着两个轴承,轴承外圈装在泵壳内,泵轴另一端装着皮带轮,水泵工作时,皮带轮受到扭矩和皮带拉力的作用,扭矩使叶轮转动而工作,皮带拉力通过泵轴作用在轴承上,由于结构是悬臂式的,所以轴承所受径向力大,当量动载荷大,轴承的使用寿命短,使水泵失效;皮带拉力使泵轴受到弯矩作用,水泵振动大而失效。
发明内容
鉴于现有水泵结构是悬臂式的,轴承所受径向力大,当量动载荷大,泵轴受到弯矩作用的弊病,本实用新型提供了一种全支承式水泵,该全支承式水泵,轴承所受径向力小,所受的当量动载荷小,泵轴不受到弯矩作用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:水泵的结构是全支承式的,泵轴的一端装着叶轮,泵轴的中间装着一只轴承,轴承外圈装在泵壳内,泵壳外装着一只大轴承,皮带轮同时装在大轴承外圈及泵轴上,水泵工作时,皮带拉力通过皮带轮直接作用在大轴承上,大轴承所受径向力小,当量动载荷小;泵轴只受到扭矩作用,而没有弯矩作用。
本实用新型的有益效果是,大轴承所受径向力小,当量动载荷小,寿命长;泵轴没有弯矩作用,水泵振动小,寿命长。
