目前,双速电动葫芦慢速起升电机上安装的传动装置,是在电机轴的伸出端内安装有一个传动齿轮,在传动齿轮的下侧于传动箱内啮合有一个过桥齿轮。这种结构因为电机轴的伸出端是悬空安装,传动时的扭矩容易将电机轴弯曲和折断,使用寿命短,影响产品质量。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长,质量有保证的双速电动葫芦慢速起升电机传动装置。
本实用新型技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有一个双速电动葫芦慢速起升电机及其传动装置,其特征在于:在双速电动葫芦慢速起升电机的传动箱箱盖上设有一个轴承孔,加长的电机轴伸入轴承孔内在电机轴与轴孔之间安装有轴承。本实用新型将电机轴加长并用轴承支撑转动安装在箱盖上,由原来的悬臂结构改为间支撑结构,使电机轴的外端受到保护,有效地克服了断轴现象。

如图1所示,本实用新型是对现有技术的改进,它主要是在一个双速电动葫芦慢速起升电机1的传动箱2的箱盖3上增设一个轴承孔7,将加长的电机轴6伸入轴承孔内并在电机轴6与轴承孔之间安装有轴承5,保持传动齿轮4和过桥齿轮8的结构不变。经过这样改进,使电机轴的传动受力更加稳定,能有效地防止电机轴的扭曲和折断现象发生。
