背景技术:
现有的标准车轮的轮辋与轮辐的配合面置于轮辐通风孔的内侧,当汽车的轮胎处于低压运行或急转弯时,轮胎极易从胎圈座处滑落,而导致交通事故;且气门嘴置于轮辐与刹车毂的空隙中,在车辆的行驶过程中,气门嘴极易受到飞进轮辐与刹车毂间的异物的碰撞而折断,使轮胎突然失压,导致交通事故,甚至造成车毁人亡。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,安全性能高的高安全车轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高安全车轮,包括轮辐和轮辋,其特征是:在车轮非拆装边上的轮辐与轮辋配合面外侧的轮辋上设凸峰,气门嘴安装孔设于凸峰上;且轮辋与轮辐配合面的直径大于轮辋底槽的直径。
由于采用上述技术方案,在车轮的轮辋与轮辐配合面的外侧的轮辋腔体上设有凸峰,轮辋与轮辐配合面的直径大于轮辋底槽的直径,凸峰可保证车辆在转弯时,不会因轮胎气压低而使轮胎从胎圈座上滑落;且气门嘴安装于凸峰上,使之外移,可避免意外折断而造成的交通事故,因而具有结构简单,安全性能高的优点。
