本实用新型公开一种驱动桥轮边减速器壳端盖,属于汽车减速器配件类制造技术领域。
背景技术
轮边减速器壳端盖上有轮边总成加油孔,一般是将端盖旋转至加油孔在最低位置来标定加油量。本次设计提高了加油量,为标定驱动桥轮边总成加油量,设计了加油标志线。新设计只需旋转端盖,使加油标志线处于水平位置时,即达到标定的加油量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种设计合理、使用方便、能量化所加油量的驱动桥轮边减速器壳端盖。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
驱动桥轮边减速器壳端盖安装在轮边减速器壳上,其中,所述的端盖上有加油孔,该加油孔连通到轮边减速器壳内的油腔中,且轮边减速器壳内的油腔与桥包油腔相通,在端盖加油孔的一侧刻有加油标志线。
所述端盖上有多个间隔均匀的螺纹孔,通过螺栓固定在轮边减速器壳上。
本实用新型有轮边总成加油孔,本次设计提高了加油量,为标定驱动桥轮边总成加油量,设计了加油标志线。本轮边减速器壳端盖与轮边减速器壳通过螺栓连接,轮边减速器壳内形成一个油腔,该油腔与桥包油腔相通,本次设计加高了油面高度,为标定驱动桥轮边总成加油量,在端盖外表面上设计了加油标志线,转动轮边减速器壳,当加油标志线转到水平位置时,加油孔最低点即为标定的油面高度,具有设计合理、使用方便、能量化所加油量等优点。

实施例:结构如图1所示,驱动桥轮边减速器壳端盖安装在轮边减速器壳上,其中,所述的端盖上有加油孔2,该加油孔连通到轮边减速器壳内的油腔中,且轮边减速器壳内的油腔与桥包油腔相通,在端盖加油孔的一侧有加油标志线3。所述端盖有周边有10个间隔均匀的连接螺栓孔1,通过螺栓固定在轮边减速器壳上。
端盖与轮边减速器壳通过螺栓连接安装,当轮边减速器壳转动到加油标志线3为水平状态时,这时加油孔2的最低点即为加油面高度,加油至这一高度时,达到加油量要求。
