背景技术
轴承已经被广泛的应用于电机等回转驱动装置中,现有的轴承轴孔与轴的设计为整体结构或在轴孔根部或局部开设油槽,这样的设计存在轴与轴孔接触面积大而导至噪声大和润滑不佳的缺点。在轴孔的根部开槽结构,所添加到轴孔内的润滑油在电机运转后易流至电机的底部,对轴与轴孔的配合面润滑效果不佳,易产生电流大和噪音大的缺点。另外随着近年来对产品质量和产品精度的要求越来越高的今天,轴承的噪音大和润滑效果不佳将直接导致产品的整体质量的下滑,降低产品的市场竞争力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型轴承,其更改轴孔与轴配合的内壁面结构设计,将轴孔内的油槽开口朝轴承顶部设计。本发明能有效解决本类型的电机轴与轴孔的润滑问题,能有效降低轴与轴孔的磨损和有效降低电机运转噪音及电流。
