本实用新型涉及一种可拼装的机柜底座，包括单独底座和备用底座，分别由座体、横立板、纵立板、角板和连接板组成，所述的横立板、纵立板为折弯一次成形，在各部件相应位置上打安装孔，角板为折弯后焊接成形，各部件用螺钉紧固连接，座体上有备用孔，单独底座和备用底座通过连接板拼装在一起。单独底座可拆卸，备用底座以一定模数制作也可拆卸，可根据现场的安装条件拼装不同模数的备用底座。本实用新型适用于多种类型的机柜，具有外形美观、安装拆卸方便、强度高，能适应多种安装条件节省由不同安装条件制作不同底座的时间等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于柜体与现场安装设施的固定装置，涉及一种可拼装的机柜底座，当遇见不同的地沟和安装槽时，可拼装不同模数的备用底座来满足安装的需求。
背景技术
随着低压配电行业的发展，其在实用、安全等技术性能方面要求的提高，才使目前机柜都做很多种底座，如槽钢直接焊接而成的底座，钣金折弯后焊接而成的底座等。
槽钢直接焊接而成的底座虽然保证了强度，但与地基固定螺丝外露，不可拆卸。遇到现场安装条件临时改变，都必须重新制作底座，这样就可能延误工期。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于，克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可拼装的机柜底座当，当现场安装条件临时改变时，可拼装不同模数的备用底座来满足安装的需求，可节省由不同安装要求制作不同底座的时间，又满足客户的要求，不延误工期。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的：
依据本实用新型提供的一种可拼装的机柜底座，包括单独底座和备用底座，分别由座体、横立板、纵立板、角板和连接板组成，所述的横立板、纵立板为折弯一次成形，在各部件相应位置上打安装孔，角板为折弯后焊接成形，各部件用螺钉紧固连接，座体上有备用孔，单独底座和备用底座通过连接板拼装在一起。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果：
由于实用新型底座可拼装，当现场安装条件临时改变，例如遇见不同的地沟和安装槽时，可拼装不同模数的备用底座来满足安装的需求，这样可节省由不同安装要求制作不同底座的时间，又满足客户的要求，不延误工期。

如图1～3，一种可拼装的机柜底座，包括单独底座8和备用底座9，分别由座体7、横立板1、纵立板2、角板3和连接板4组成，所述的横立板、纵立板为折弯一次成形，在各部件相应位置上打安装孔5，角板为折弯后焊接成形，各部件用螺钉紧固连接，座体上有备用孔6，单独底座和备用底座通过连接板4拼装在一起。单独底座可拆卸，备用底座和单独底座结构基本一致，区别在于以一定模数制作，可根据现场的安装条件拼装不同模数的底座，以适应柜体安装条件的随时改，两种底座连接后外形美观大方，拼装拆卸方便。底座上均有与柜体及地基相对应的安装孔，以方便安装。

1.一种可拼装的机柜底座，包括单独底座和备用底座，分别由座体、横立板、纵立板、角板和连接板组成，其特征在于：所述的横立板、纵立板为折弯一次成形，在各部件相应位置上打安装孔，角板为折弯后焊接成形，各部件用螺钉紧固连接，座体上有备用孔，单独底座和备用底座通过连接板拼装在一起。
