本实用新型涉及蓄电池技术领域,具体的说是一种复合式板栅蓄电池。现有的铅酸蓄电池板栅都是铅梯合金的,不仅重量重,而且成本高。本实用新型的板栅采用铝条作为极板板栅骨架,在铝条外部有一层金属耐酸导电层,金属耐酸导电层厚度范围是0.3微米-0.5微米。本实用新型适用于各种铅酸蓄电池。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓄电池技术领域,具体的说是一种复合式极板板栅蓄电池。
二、背景技术
现有的铅酸蓄电池板栅都是铅锑合金的,不仅重量重,而且成本高,而且含锑的蓄电池自放电比较快。现在电动车上的电瓶,当需充电时,女同志提取、搬运很能吃苦力。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种复合式极板板栅蓄电池,它具有重量轻、成本低的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是蓄电池内的板栅采用铝条作为板栅骨架,在铝条外部有一层金属耐酸导电层。
本实用新型的优点是重量轻、成本低,一片相同规格的板栅,原有的铅锑合金的重量是本实用新型铝铅复合的重量的7-9倍。目前市场上铅锑合金的价格为2.6-3万元/吨,而铝的价格为了1.8-2万元/吨,极大的降低了成本,减轻了重量,特别适合使用电动车的女同志。由于铅用量的减少,减轻了铅对环境的污染。

五、具体实施方式
从图1中可知,复合式板栅采用铝条作为板栅骨架(2),在铝条外部有一层纯铅层(1);在铝条外部也可以有一层纯锡或锡铅、锡锌合金层(1)。
复合层的制作有二种方法,一种是采用电镀的方法,在铝条上镀一层金属耐酸导电层,厚度为0.3微米-0.5微米。电镀工艺可采用溅射镀、蒸发镀、离子镀、浸镀(均为现有技术)。另一种方法是采用浇铸的方法,在铝条上浇铸一层金属耐酸导电层(同为现有技术),厚度为0.5微米,浇铸模具应控制在450℃左右。

1、一种复合式极板板栅蓄电池,其特征是蓄电池内的板栅采用铝条作为板栅骨架(2),在铝条外部有一层金属耐酸导电层(1)。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种复合式极板板栅蓄电池,其特征是所述的金属耐酸导电层厚度范围是0.3微米-0.5微米。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种复合式极板板栅蓄电池,其特征是所述的在铝条外部的金属耐酸导电层(1)可以是一层纯铅层,也可以是一层纯锡或锡铅、锡锌合金层(1)。
