技术领域
本实用新型涉及垃圾填埋气的抽气系统,特别涉及一种用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器。
背景技术
目前,我国90%以上的城市生活垃圾都采用填埋的方式处理,在垃圾堆体内部由于厌氧发酵而产生大量的填埋气,填埋气中含有40%~60%的CH4、30%~50%的CO2,并有饱和水蒸汽H2S等多种气体。由于填埋气中的甲烷是高温室效应气体,同时又具有一定的热值,所以,最好的办法就是将之做为一种新型的能源,这样不仅减少了化石燃料的消耗,同时又可以减少温室气体的排放。
垃圾填埋气的收集需要设置专门的抽气井以及集气管线,由于厌氧发酵的温度较高,约为40℃~60℃,所以,填埋气中含有相应温度下的饱和水蒸气,当气体被抽出堆体后,随着环境温度的下降,会有大量的水凝结析出,如果不能将这部分凝结水引出,就会影响到气体的抽出,尤其在北方寒冷季节,析出的水结冰会将管系堵住,使得抽气系统失效。
由于抽气管线中压力低于大气压力,所以凝结水很难自流出抽气管,通常要设置专门的排水设施。如图1和图2所示,目前国内的填埋场还没有理想的排水设施,最常用的就是J型水封,当压力变化较大时,水封容易失效,使得系统运行不稳定。因为压力差较大时,由于水封内水位高度有限,可能被吸出,从而失去水封的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,为解决上述抽气管线中的排水设施不是系统过于复杂、需要消耗一定的电力,就是效果不好的不足,从而提供一种结构简单、有效耐用的用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的一种用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器,其特征在于,该排水器包括设置在集气管线上的汽水分离器;所述汽水分离器的进气端的集气管线上设置有三通阀,所述汽水分离器下部的凝水管密封连接储液罐的上端;所述三通阀分别连接集气管线、储液罐和压缩空气管线;所述储液罐上端还设有排水管,该排水管的端口伸入储液罐底部。
在正常情况下,三通阀使得沼气管路与储液罐连通,压缩空气断开,储液罐与管路压力相等,凝结水能正常自流入储液罐;当水位计高位报警时,三通阀连通压缩空气与储液罐,切断储液罐与沼气管路连接,储液罐内水由于受到压力排出来。水位低后,回复到正常状态。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,所述凝水管的端口内设有逆止阀。当三通阀连通压缩空气与储液罐,储液罐与凝水管间的逆止阀阻止空气进入管系,保证系统安全。
作为本实用新型的又一种改进,所述储液罐底部设有液位计,用于水位高位报警。
作为本实用新型的再一种改进,所述三通阀采三通电磁阀。所述汽水分离器的进气端的集气管线设置在汽水分离器一侧的下部,所述汽水分离器的出气端的集气管线设置在汽水分离器另一侧的上部。
本实用新型的优点在于,本实用新型的一种用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器是针对垃圾填埋气抽气管线排水而设计的,当垃圾填埋气管线在负压下工作的时候能够将管线中凝结水排到大气环境中,使得抽气系统不致由于积水而堵塞,影响垃圾堆体的安全。该排水器结构简单,有效耐用,可以在填埋场使用,同时,也可以应用在某些逆压差传质的场合。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本实用新型的一种用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器包括汽水分离器1,该汽水分离器1的进气端的集气管线设置在汽水分离器1一侧的下部,汽水分离器1的出气端的集气管线设置在汽水分离器1另一侧的上部,汽水分离器1下部的凝水管密封连接储液罐5的上端。
汽水分离器1的进气端的集气管线上设置有三通阀3,该三通阀3的另外两端口分别连接储液罐5和压缩空气管线;本例中,所述三通阀3采用三通电磁阀。
密封的储液罐5的上端设有排水管4,该排水管4的下端口伸入储液罐5底部;当储液罐5底部的液位计6高位报警时,三通阀3连通压缩空气与储液罐5,切断储液罐5与沼气管路的连接,储液罐5内水由于受到压力从排水管4中排出来。
本实施例中,凝水管的端口内设有逆止阀2。当三通阀连通压缩空气与储液罐,储液罐与凝水管间的逆止阀阻止空气进入管系,可保证系统安全。

1、一种用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器,其特征在于,该排水器包括设置在集气管线上的汽水分离器;所述汽水分离器的进气端的集气管线上设置有三通阀,所述汽水分离器下部的凝水管密封连接储液罐的上端;
所述三通阀分别连接集气管线、储液罐和压缩空气管线;
所述储液罐上端还设有排水管,该排水管的端口伸入储液罐底部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器,其特征在于,所述凝水管的端口内设有逆止阀。
3、根据权利要求1所述的用于垃圾填埋气的集气管线上的排水器,其特征在于,所述储液罐底部设有液位计,用于水位高位报警。
