本实用新型涉及一种自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构。
背景技术
现有自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构,包括换挡轴,在换挡轴上设置挂挡扇形齿轮、齿条和拨挡块,挂挡扇形齿轮上的中心孔与换挡轴通过花键配合。挂挡扇形齿轮与挂挡电机驱动的挂挡主动齿轮啮合,在挂挡主动齿轮带动下,换挡轴转动(摆动),带动换挡块绕换挡轴轴线转动(摆动),完成挂挡动作;齿条与选挡电机驱动的选挡主动齿轮啮合,在选挡主动齿轮带动下,换挡轴沿轴向移动,带动换挡块沿换挡轴轴线移动,完成选挡动作。挂挡扇形齿轮由于是与换挡轴通过花键配合的,所以在选挡轴轴向移动时,换挡扇形齿轮不随换挡轴轴向移动。
挂挡扇形齿轮通过花键与换挡轴连接,而由于制造精度因素,换挡扇形齿轮上中心孔内的花键与换挡轴在换挡轴的花键之间总是存在间隙,该间隙虽然不大,但是该间隙反映到远离换挡轴轴线的挂挡扇形齿轮与挂挡主动齿轮啮合之处就很大。也就是说,挂挡主动齿轮和挂挡扇形齿轮需要转动较大的角度以补偿挂挡扇形齿轮上中心孔与换挡轴处的周向间隙才能使得换挡轴转动。因此,挂挡动作响应较慢,而且容易出现换挡不到位的情况。
另外,挂挡扇形齿轮通过花键与换挡轴连接,还使得换挡轴、挂扇形齿轮的加工难度加大、成本提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的就是现有的选挡挂挡机构动作响应慢、成本高的问题,提供了一种制造容易,结构紧凑,动作响应更直接更快更准确的自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构。
该自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构,包括换挡轴,设置在换挡轴上的挂挡扇形齿轮和拨挡块,挂挡扇形齿轮与换挡轴固定连接,如通过销连接。
挂挡扇形齿轮与换挡轴固定连接,使得挂挡扇形齿轮与换挡轴在周向不存在间隙,结构更紧凑,换挡轴会和挂挡扇形齿轮同步转动(摆动),动作响应更直接更快;无需加工花键,成本较低。

具体实施方式
图中,自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构,在换挡轴1上设置挂挡扇形齿轮2、齿条(因与本实用新型关系不大而未示出)和拨挡块3,挂挡扇形齿轮2的中心孔套4及换挡轴1上设开有径向孔,销5设置在该径向孔内。通过销连接,使得挂挡扇形齿轮不能沿换挡轴周向和轴向相对于换挡轴移动。
挂挡扇形齿轮2与挂挡电机驱动的挂挡主动齿轮6啮合,在挂挡主动齿轮6带动下,换挡轴1转动(摆动),带动拨挡块绕换挡轴轴线转动(摆动),完成挂挡动作。齿条与选挡电机驱动的选挡主动齿轮7啮合,在选挡主动齿轮7带动下,选挡轴1沿轴向移动,带动选挡块沿选挡轴轴线移动,完成选挡动作。选挡轴轴向移动时,挂挡扇形齿轮2和选挡轴1一起相对于挂挡主动齿轮6移动。
此结构采用齿轮啮合的方式传递动力,所以比原花键联接精度更高,更稳定,选挡挂挡动作更加准确快捷,其容易制造。

1.自动换挡器的选挡挂挡机构,包括换挡轴,设置在换挡轴上的挂挡扇形齿轮和拨挡块,其特征是,挂挡扇形齿轮与换挡轴固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的选挡挂挡机构,其特征是,挂挡扇形齿轮通过设置在换挡轴径向的销与换挡轴连接。
