Abstract
本实用新型公开一种回转轴承。具体说是一种大型回转轴承,适用于风力发电机及其它工况条件比较恶劣的野外工作设备上。它含有内圈、外圈和钢球,内圈的外圆周向和外圈的内圆周向均有弧形凹槽,该两弧形凹槽相对应,所说钢球置于两弧形槽内,且内圈与外圈的两端间呈密封状活动配合。其特点是相邻两个钢球间有隔离块,该隔离块为铜质隔离块,其与钢球相邻的两个面均为凹形球面,凹形球面与钢球间呈滑动配合。其中,内圈与外圈的两端间均借助多道密封圈相密封。这种回转轴承,维修率和维修费用都较低,使用寿命较长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承。具体说是一种大型回转轴承,适用于风力发电机及其它工况条件比较恶劣的野外工作设备上。
背景技术
目前,在风力发电机及其它工况条件比较恶劣的野外工作设备上,所用回转轴承都是传统的回转轴承。这种传统回转轴承由内圈、外圈和若干钢球及保持架组成,内圈的外圆周向和外圈的内圆周向均有弧形凹槽,该两弧形凹槽相对应。其中的保持架为圆形整体式铁质结构,若干钢球一一对应地安装在保持架上并随保持架一起安装在内、外圈之间的弧形凹槽内。为防止润滑油外泄和灰尘、水气的侵入,在内、外圈的两端间均安装有一道密封圈。由于保持架为圆形整体式铁质结构,一旦损坏,就需更换整个保持架,维修费用较高。又由于所说保持架为铁质结构,强度不高、不耐磨,容易损坏,一旦损坏,就需更换、维修,维修率较高。另外,由于内、外圈两端间的密封均采用一道密封圈,一旦磨损,灰尘、水气就易进入内外圈之间,从而降低回转轴承的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种回转轴承。这种回转轴承,维修率和维修费用都较低,使用寿命较长。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型的回转轴承含有内圈、外圈和钢球,内圈的外圆周向和外圈的内圆周向均有弧形凹槽,该两弧形凹槽相对应,所说钢球置于两弧形槽内,且内圈与外圈的两端间呈密封状活动配合。其特点是相邻两个钢球间有隔离块,该隔离块为铜质隔离块,其与钢球相邻的两个面均为凹形球面,凹形球面与钢球间呈滑动配合。
其中,内圈与外圈的两端间均借助多道密封圈相密封。
采取上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本实用新型的回转轴承在其相邻两个钢球间设置有隔离块,利用多个隔离块代替传统的整体式保持架来实现钢球的定位。当出现有隔离块损坏时,只需更换相应的那个隔离块即可,与传统需要更换整个保持架相比,可大大降低维修费用。又由于所用隔离块为铜质隔离块,强度高、耐磨,不易损坏,维修率较低。另外,由于内圈与外圈的两端间均采用多道密封圈进行密封,即使有一道密封圈损坏,也不影响密封效果,灰尘、水气仍然无法进入内外圈之间,从而可延长回转轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型的回转轴承含有内圈1、外圈2、多个钢球3和多个隔离块4,内圈1的外圆周向和外圈2的内圆周向均加工有弧形凹槽,该两弧形凹槽相对应,多个钢球3和多个隔离块4均置于两弧形槽内,且钢球3与隔离块4间呈交替状布置。每个隔离块4与钢球3相邻的两个面上均加工成凹形球面,该两凹形球面均与相应钢球3间呈滑动配合。所说隔离块4为铜质隔离块,其强度较高、耐磨,不易损坏,可减少维修费用。
内圈1与外圈2的两端间均设置有两道密封圈6,其安装方式是在内圈1的一端外圆周向和与内圈1另一端相对的外圈2一端外圆周向分别加工两个周向凹槽,每个周向凹槽内均嵌有密封圈6,该密封圈凸出在相应周向凹槽之外。其中,在内圈1和外圈2的一个密封圈6外侧周向还加工有楔形槽5,从而在内圈1与外圈2的一端间实现了三道密封。这样一来,即使有一道或两道密封圈6损坏,也不影响密封效果。
Claims (5)
1. 一种回转轴承,包括内圈(1)、外圈(2)和钢球(3),内圈(1)的外圆周向和外圈(2)的内圆周向均有弧形凹槽,该两弧形凹槽相对应,所说钢球(3)置于两弧形槽内,且内圈(1)与外圈(2)的两端间呈密封状活动配合;其特征在于相邻两个钢球(3)间有隔离块(4),该隔离块与钢球(3)相邻的两个面均为凹形球面,凹形球面与钢球(3)间呈滑动配合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的回转轴承,其特征在于内圈(1)与外圈(2)的两端间均借助多道密封圈(6)相密封。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的回转轴承,其特征在于内圈(1)与外圈(2)的两端间均有两道密封圈(6),其安装方式是在内圈(1)的一端外圆周向和与内圈(1)另一端相对的外圈(2)一端外圆周向分别加工两个周向凹槽,每个周向凹槽内均嵌有密封圈(6),该密封圈凸出在相应周向凹槽之外。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的回转轴承,其特征在于在内圈(1)和外圈(2)的一个密封圈(6)外侧周向还加工有楔形槽(5),从而在内圈(1)与外圈(2)的一端间形成三道密封。
5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的回转轴承,其特征在于所说隔离块(4)为铜质隔离块。
