Abstract

一种光纤退火石墨延伸管,在固定于光纤拉丝炉下方的金属管内设置一根石墨管,其上端对准光纤出口,下端装有石墨管的承托套和支撑座,在金属管内壁的上部设有导向套、下部没有定位套。本实用新型的石墨管不仅可以在光纤拉丝炉不降温的情况下拆卸清洗,而且更有利于光纤退火,增强对延伸管内生成的氧化物的吸附,延伸管不易破损,降低成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光纤生产设备中的一种部件,尤其是置于光纤拉丝炉下方的光纤退火装置。
背景技术
现有置于光纤拉丝炉下方的光纤退火装置,其构造是这样的:在固定于光纤拉丝炉下方的金属管内设置可拆卸玻璃延伸管,当需要清洗延伸管内的积聚物时只要卸下延伸管即可清洗,不必对光纤拉丝炉降温,节省时间和能源,提高生产效率,但这种玻璃延伸管易破损,消耗量大,使用成本高,而且对从拉丝炉内拉出的光纤经过玻璃延伸管时所生成的氧化物较难吸附。
发明内容
为了克服现有光纤退火延伸管的不足,本实用新型提供一种光纤退火石墨延伸管,更有利于光纤退火,增强对延伸管内生成的氧化物的吸附,延伸管不易破损,降低成本。
本实用新型提供的光纤退火石墨延伸管包括固定在光纤拉丝炉下方的金属管,在金属管内设置一根石墨管,其上端对准光纤拉丝炉的光纤出口,下端装有石墨管的承托套和支撑座,在金属管内壁的上部设有导向套,下部设有定位套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:设置在金属管内的石墨管不仅可以在光纤拉丝炉不降温的情况下拆卸清洗,而且更有利于光纤退火,增强对延伸管内生成的氧化物的吸附,延伸管不易破损,降低成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的金属管3固定在光纤拉丝炉1的下方,石墨管4下端安装在承托套6上,承托套6通过调节弹簧7安装在支撑座8上,石墨管4的上端经过金属管3内的定位套5、导向套2插至光纤拉丝炉1下方的光纤出口,然后将装有手柄10的支撑座8与金属管3连接在一起,石墨管4固定在金属管3内。调节弹簧7可对支撑座8的位置作上、下微调,虹膜座9的结构和安装位置与现有光纤退火延伸管的相同。

1.一种光纤退火石墨延伸管,包括固定在光纤拉丝炉下方的金属管,其特征在于在金属管内设置一根石墨管,其上端对准光纤拉丝炉的光纤出口,下端装有石墨管的承托套和支撑座,在金属管内壁的上部设有导向套、下部设有定位套。
