技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种物料溜管装置，适用于物料输送管道起点与末点间落差较高的溜料管中。
背景技术：
目前，工程物料输送中，起点与末点间落差较大的溜料管，中间都没有设置缓冲装置，由于落差物料输送过程中速度逐渐加大，致使溜料管磨损严重，物料出口冲击力大而损坏出口设施，出口处易形成粉尘散发影响环境卫生。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型要解决的问题是：为克服物料输送溜管落差较高中速度逐渐加大产生的弊端提供一种装置，能使物料在溜管中速度得以缓减，达到缓冲作用。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在溜料管中段流动底面设置一个或多个袋式储料节，输送中物料储满料节，下落的高速物料与料节面上的储料接触摩擦或置换，从而达到减小物料速度，起到缓冲作用。装置要求溜管的进口与出口水平方向错位布置。
本实用新型的有益效果是：缓减物料在溜料管内的速度，解决物料出口速度过大所带来的一系列问题。

具体实施方式：
按图1中所示，在溜料管1中段流动底面设置一个或多个袋式储料节2，节数量视具体情况确定。为使布置的储料节能起到储料和缓冲下落物料的作用，溜料管1的进口与出口水平方向错位尺寸L，大于入口尺寸B。

1. 一种物料溜管袋式缓冲装置，它包括溜料管(1)，其特征是：溜料管(1)的输送底面设置有袋式储料节(2)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的物料溜管袋式缓冲装置，其特征是：袋式储料节(2)为一个或多个。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的物料溜管袋式缓冲装置，其特征是：溜料管(1)的进口与出口水平方向错位尺寸L大于入口尺寸B。
