本实用新型公开了一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置,炉门与旋转工件之间有工作间隔,炉门上方有吹风口对准工位和工件处,炉门上方与吹风口之间设置有与炉门宽度匹配的弧形隔热板,隔热板一端与旋转工位对应位置开有与灯管尺寸匹配的凹槽,隔热板另一端与汽缸活动连接,隔热板与固定在排气机顶盘上的导轨滑动连接,本实用新型可以减少排气加热炉内部热量损失,使加热炉内部温度均匀,同时降低周围工作环境温度,节约能源。

本实用新型涉及一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置。
背景技术
目前,冷阴极荧光灯排气机加热炉门与旋转工件之间有工作间隔,炉门上方有冷却风对工位和工件进行冷却,炉内热量因冷却风造成大量损失,炉内部温度不均匀,影响炉内灯管受热均匀和排气质量,同时增高了周围环境温度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置,炉门9与旋转工件6之间有工作间隔,炉门上方有吹风口2对准工位和工件处,炉门上方与吹风口之间设置有炉门宽度匹配的弧形隔热板1,隔热板一端与旋转工位对应位置开有与灯管6尺寸匹配的凹槽,隔热板另一端通过连接件与滑块4固定连接,滑块4与汽缸活塞杆8活动连接,滑块与固定在排气机顶盘上的导轨5滑动连接。
由于采用上述结构,通过控制汽缸来控制隔热板在导轨上来回运动,使隔热板在炉门上随工位旋转开闭,所以本实用新型可以减少排气加热炉内部热量损失,使加热炉内部温度均匀,同时降低周围工作环境温度,节约能源。

具体实施方式
一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置,炉门9与旋转工件6之间有工作间隔,炉门上方有吹风口2对准工位和工件处,炉门上方与吹风口之间设置有炉门宽度匹配的弧形隔热板1,隔热板一端与旋转工位对应位置开有与灯管6尺寸匹配的凹槽,隔热板另一端通过连接件与滑块4固定连接,滑块4与汽缸活塞杆8活动连接,滑块与固定在排气机顶盘上的导轨5滑动连接。
在工位锁7夹住灯管6旋转到固定工位时,隔热板1位移到炉门间隙上方时,吹风口2吹工位冷却风,隔热板1阻止排气机炉内热量散失,同时降低周围环境温度,工位锁7夹住灯管6旋转时,隔热板1由滑块4带动位移到炉门间隙旁边,吹风口2停止吹气,防止炉内热量损失,整个控制过程由PLC自动控制,通过控制汽缸3进出气来控制直线滑块在直线滑块导轨上来回运动,从而来控制隔热板在炉门上随工位旋转开闭,弧形隔热板准确地按工位之间距离留有工件间隙,保证隔热板开闭时工件有足够的工作区域,重新布局的冷却风吹气口,能减少压缩空气用量,充分利用冷却风对工位及工件冷却。

1、一种冷阴极荧光灯排气加热炉保温装置,炉门(9)与旋转工件(6)之间有工作间隔,炉门上方有吹风口(2)对准工位和工件处,其特征在于:炉门上方与吹风口之间设置有炉门宽度匹配的弧形隔热板(1),隔热板一端与旋转工位对应位置开有与灯管(6)尺寸匹配的凹槽,隔热板另一端通过连接件与滑块(4)固定连接,滑块(4)与汽缸活塞杆(8)活动连接,滑块与固定在排气机顶盘上的导轨(5)滑动连接。
