本实用新型涉及一种建筑工具，具体为一种楼层预留洞口套管。解决了现有技术中存在的普通套管使用不便、浪费严重的问题。一种楼层预留洞口套管，包括管体，管体竖向分为至少三个瓦块，在管体内设有支撑架，支撑架中部为环，环外固定有至少三个支杆。本实用新型将原来一个整体的套管分为若干块瓦块装结构，并在套管内设置了支撑架，这样一来就是套管在混凝土拆除过程中可以分开取出，方便快捷，而且能重复利用，减轻了工人的劳动强度，节约了材料。

背景技术
安装工程在现浇楼板上预留孔洞(特别是管洞)历来是比较麻烦的一件事情，现在的设计及施工验评标准要求对楼板孔洞进行预留，而在现浇楼板的施工中，土建一般在夜里浇注，并且为了加快混凝土的凝固速度一般都要加入早强剂，如此一来即使安装施工中派专人留洞放置普通套管但是套管取出的时间也难以准确把握，往往出现留洞内的套管难以拔出，拔不下来的情况。这样一来不得不破坏性拆除，而下一层留洞用的套管又的重新做。这样一来在一个高层建筑施工中仅普通套管的数量浪费惊人。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中存在的普通套管使用不便、浪费严重的问题而提供了一种楼层预留洞口套管。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的，一种楼层预留洞口套管，包括管体，管体竖向分为至少三个瓦块，在管体内设有支撑架，支撑架中部为环，环外固定有至少三个支杆。
实际使用时将管体预先放置在设定好的位置，然后再浇注混凝土，支撑架的支杆分别抵住相应的瓦块，当混凝土凝固后，将支撑架轻轻敲击即可取下，然后再敲击管体，管体即可分成若干瓦块而掉落。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型将原来一个整体的套管分为若干块瓦块装结构，并在套管内设置了支撑架，这样一来就是套管在混凝土拆除过程中可以分开取出，方便快捷，而且能重复利用，减轻了工人的劳动强度，节约了材料。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示意，一种楼层预留洞口套管，包括管体1，管体1竖向分为至少三个瓦块10、11、12，在管体1内设有支撑架，支撑架中部为环7，环7外固定有至少三个支杆2、9、13。在支杆2、9、13外端还连接有支撑环8。通过支撑环8来内支撑管体1可以使瓦块10、11、12组合位置更稳定，不变形。支撑架至少有两套。
在管体1上还设有盖4，环7内穿有中心杆6，中心杆6穿过盖4。
中心杆6上穿有至少一个螺帽3，螺帽3位于环7两侧。
中心杆6上还穿有螺帽5，螺帽5位于盖4上方。

Claims (5)

1、一种楼层预留洞口套管，包括管体(1)，其特征在于：管体(1)竖向分为至少三个瓦块(10、11、12)，在管体(1)内设有支撑架，支撑架中部为环(7)，环(7)外固定有至少三个支杆(2、9、13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的楼层预留洞口套管，其特征在于：在支杆(2、9、13)外端还连接有支撑环(8)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的楼层预留洞口套管，其特征在于：在管体(1)上还设有盖(4)，环(7)内穿有中心杆(6)，中心杆(6)穿过盖(4)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的楼层预留洞口套管，其特征在于：中心杆(6)上穿有至少一个螺帽(3)，螺帽(3)位于环(7)两侧。
5、根据权利要求3所述的楼层预留洞口套管，其特征在于：中心杆(6)上还穿有螺帽(5)，螺帽(5)位于盖(4)上方。
