本实用新型涉及一种新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其主体外型为正方体,长方体、六边体、圆柱体或椭圆体,垂直于轴线方向的横截面上有均匀分布的平行蜂窝状通孔,这些蜂窝状通孔为正方孔、长方孔、六角孔或圆孔;其结构特征是:每隔2至20个并排相邻的蜂窝通孔为一组,相邻蜂窝通孔通过相邻内壁开缝而互相贯通,本实用新型具有蓄热换热能力强,热效率高的特点,广泛应用于环境保护、钢铁冶炼、石油化工等行业中的各种加热炉、热处理炉、煅造炉、热风炉、裂解炉中。

本实用新型属于环境保护技术领域,具体涉及一种新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
背景技术:
蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体作为蓄热式高温燃烧技术的关键核心部件,在环境保护、钢铁冶炼、石油化工等行业中的各种加热炉、热处理炉、煅造炉、热风炉、裂解炉中得到广泛应用。目前,国内外大多选用方孔结构蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体作为以上蓄热式燃烧器的蓄热换热介质。但方孔结构蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体内部是由许多贯通的方形蜂窝孔平行通道组成,这些平行通道相互独立,没有贯通,在燃烧过程中,气体通过方孔蜂窝通道时,有机废气未能完全燃烧,蓄热换热能力不高,使方孔蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的热效率不能进一步提高。
本实用新型内容如下:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服方孔蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体存在的缺陷,提供一种能使有机废气充分燃烧,蓄热换热能力强,热效率高的新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:该蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的外型为正方体,长方体、六边体、圆柱体或椭圆体,垂直于轴线方向的横截面上有均匀分布的平行蜂窝状通孔,这些蜂窝状通孔为正方孔、长方孔、六角孔或圆孔;其结构特征是:每隔2至20个并排相邻的蜂窝通孔为一组,相邻蜂窝通孔通过相邻内壁开缝而互相贯通。
本实用新型蜂窝陶瓷的外形尺寸如下(单位:mm):
正方体:边长50×50----300×300, 高50---300;
长方体:边长100×50----300×200,高50---300;
圆柱体:Φ50×50----Φ300×300,
本实用新型由于采用将蜂窝通孔的内壁开缝而互相贯通,在蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体外型尺寸和壁厚相同的情况下,本实用新型的孔隙率比方孔蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体大,流体阻力小,同时,由于体实用新型的蜂窝通孔相互贯通,从而提高了蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的蓄热换热能力。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其外型为正方体,外形尺寸为151mm×151mm×151mm,垂直于轴线方向的横截面上有均匀分布40×40个平行蜂窝状通孔,蜂窝状通孔的边长为3.05mm×3.05mm正方孔,其结构特征是:图1中,1是本实用新型蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的2个并排相邻蜂窝通孔为一组内壁开缝而相互贯通通孔;2是本实用新用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的8个并排相邻蜂窝通孔为一组内壁开缝而相互贯通通孔;这样的蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体具有了高空隙率、低气体阻力的优异特性,从而使本实用新型蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体的蓄热换热能力有了大幅提高。

1.一种新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征是主体外形呈正方体、长方体、六边体、圆柱体或椭圆体;垂直于轴线方向的截面设计有均匀分布的蜂窝状通孔。
2.权利要求1所述的新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征是蜂窝状通孔为正方孔、长方孔、六角孔或圆孔。
3.权利要求1所述的新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征是蜂窝状通孔每隔2至20个并排相邻的蜂窝通孔为一组,相邻蜂窝通孔通过相邻内壁开缝而互相贯通。
4.权利要求1所述的新型节能蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体,其特征是外形尺寸如下:
正方体:边长50×50mm---300×300mm,高50---300mm;
长方体:边长100×50mm---300×200mm,高50---300mm;
圆柱体:Φ50×50mm----Φ300×300mm。
