一、技术领域
本实用新型属油田注蒸汽井用的工具,特别是一种伸缩式热敏封隔器。
二、背景技术
在油田热采井注蒸汽时,要求注入的蒸汽压力高,温度高,蒸汽从井口到达地层时热损失少。为了达到热损失少的目的,一般是在注入地层之上的注蒸汽管柱上安装耐高温高压的热采封隔器,使蒸汽不流到套管内造成热损失。现有的热采封隔器种类较多,但都存在一些不足,当管柱受热伸长或降温缩短时,封隔器都要随管柱一同伸缩,造成封隔器胶筒与套管摩擦而损坏。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,设计一种伸缩式热敏封隔器,使其在管柱受热伸长或降温缩短时,封隔器不随管柱一同伸缩,封隔器胶筒不会损坏。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由上接头、伸缩管、密封机构、热敏封隔器、下接头组成,上接头与伸缩管上部联接,伸缩管下部与下接头联接,密封机构与热敏封隔器联接,密封机构、热敏封隔器套装在伸缩管上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:注汽后管柱受热伸长或停止注汽后温度下降管柱缩短时,胶筒扩张在套管上,不随管柱一同伸缩,胶筒与套管之间不发生相对运动,胶筒不会损坏,密封效果好,使用寿命长,注汽效果好。
