一种伸缩式防卡热敏封隔器,由上接头、伸缩管、密封机构、胶筒轴、胶筒、热敏片、胶筒座、下接头组成,上接头与伸缩管上部联接,伸缩管下部与下接头联接,密封机构与胶筒轴联接,胶筒安装在胶筒座上,胶筒套装在胶筒轴外,胶筒与胶筒轴之间安装热敏片,密封机构、胶筒轴、套装在伸缩管上,胶筒座由剪钉固定在胶筒轴,胶筒轴上有凹槽,凹槽处于热敏片之下。注汽后热敏片受热支撑胶筒,使胶筒扩张在套管上,注汽完成后上提注汽管柱时,胶筒与套管之间的摩擦力剪断剪钉,胶筒轴上的凹槽上行对准热敏片,热敏片进入凹槽内,使热敏片失去对胶筒的支撑,胶筒收回实现解封,因此,本实用新型解封可靠,不会卡管柱,具有显著的经济效益。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属油田注蒸汽井用的工具,特别是一种伸缩式防卡热敏封隔器。
二、背景技术
在油田热采井注蒸汽时,要求注入的蒸汽压力高,温度高,蒸汽从井口到达地层时热损失少。为了达到热损失少的目的,一般是在注入地层之上的注蒸汽管柱上安装耐高温高压的热采封隔器,使蒸汽不流到套管内造成热损失。现有的热采封隔器种类较多,但都存在一些不足,如中国专利申请xxxxxxxxxxx伸缩式热敏封隔器,其上的热敏片不回收时,封隔器不解封,注汽管柱卡,引起油井大修,造成严重的经济损失。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,设计一种伸缩式防卡热敏封隔器,使其可靠解封,不会卡管柱,减少经济损失。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由上接头、伸缩管、密封机构、胶筒轴、胶筒、热敏片、胶筒座、下接头组成,上接头与伸缩管上部联接,伸缩管下部与下接头联接,密封机构与胶筒轴联接,胶筒安装在胶筒座上,胶筒套装在胶筒轴外,胶筒与胶筒轴之间安装热敏片,密封机构、胶筒轴、套装在伸缩管上,胶筒座由剪钉固定在胶筒轴,胶筒轴上有凹槽,凹槽处于热敏片之下。
本实用新型的有益效果是:注汽后热敏片受热支撑胶筒,使胶筒扩张在套管上,注汽完成后上提注汽管柱时,胶筒与套管之间的摩擦力剪断剪钉,胶筒轴上的凹槽上行对准热敏片,热敏片进入凹槽内,使热敏片失去对胶筒的支撑,胶筒收回实现解封,因此,本实用新型解封可靠,不会卡管柱,具有显著的经济效益。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例进行说明。由上接头1、伸缩管2、密封机构3、胶筒轴4、胶筒5、热敏片6、胶筒座7、剪钉8、下接头9组成,上接头1与伸缩管2上部联接,伸缩管2下部与下接头9联接,密封机构3与胶筒轴4联接,胶筒5安装在胶筒座7上,胶筒5套装在胶筒轴4外,胶筒5与胶筒轴4之间安装热敏片6,密封机构3、胶筒轴4、套装在伸缩管2上,胶筒座7由剪钉8固定在胶筒轴4,胶筒轴4上有凹槽10,凹槽10处于热敏片6之下,凹槽10为环形状。
注汽后管柱受热伸长或停止注汽后温度下降管柱缩短时,胶筒5扩张在套管上,不随管柱一同伸缩,胶筒5与套管之间不发生相对运动,胶筒不会损坏,密封效果好,使用寿命长,注汽效果好。注汽完成后上提注汽管柱时,下接头9与胶筒轴4接触,胶筒5与套管之间的摩擦力使胶筒5不动,继续上提,剪钉8被剪断,胶筒轴4上的凹槽上行对准热敏片6,热敏片6进入凹槽10内,使热敏片6失去对胶筒5的支撑,胶筒5收回实现解封。

1、一种伸缩式防卡热敏封隔器,由上接头(1)、伸缩管(2)、密封机构(3)、胶筒轴(4)、胶筒(5)、热敏片(6)、胶筒座(7)、下接头(9)组成,上接头(1)与伸缩管(2)上部联接,伸缩管(2)下部与下接头(9)联接,密封机构(3)与胶筒轴(4)联接,胶筒(5)安装在胶筒座(7)上,胶筒(5)套装在胶筒轴(4)外,胶筒(5)与胶筒轴(4)之间安装热敏片(6),密封机构(3)、胶筒轴(4)、套装在伸缩管(2)上,其特征是:胶筒座(7)由剪钉(8)固定在胶筒轴(4),胶筒轴(4)上有凹槽(10),凹槽(10)处于热敏片(6)之下。
