本实用新型公开了一种热风缝口密封机,包括机架,机架上设置有悬臂梁,悬臂梁的左端下部装有上压轮,悬臂梁的左端前方安装有热风喷嘴,机架的右侧安装有动力组件,所述动力组件的左侧安装有可转动的“U”形传动臂,“U”形传动臂内设置有传动机构,所述传动机构的末端连接有下压轮,由于采用可转动的“U”形传动臂代替传统的下横转轴来为下压轮提供动力,可以根据加工材料的大小和放置方式来调整“U”形传动臂的位置,使得操作更简便;另一方面,“U”形传动臂的结构使热风缝口密封机可以缝合圆筒装布料,加工产品的样式更加多样化。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热风缝口密封机。
背景技术
随着塑料薄膜纤维布应用范围越来越大,作为料薄膜纤维布的复合工艺中的主要设备,热风缝口密封机也得到广泛的使用。传统的热风缝口密封机的动力由电机提供,分别经过一对换向齿轮和皮带的传动,动力分别由上下两根横转轴传给上下压轮,使上下压轮同步反向转动。然而,传统的热风缝口密封机的下横转轴的安装位置是固定的,限制了加工材料在热风缝口密封机上的放置方式,使得操作不便,而且这种结构设计的热风缝口密封机也不能缝合圆筒装布料,限制了加工产品的样式。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热风缝口密封机,操作方便,加工产品的样式较多。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种热风缝口密封机,包括机架,机架上设置有悬臂梁,悬臂梁的左端下部装有上压轮,悬臂梁的左端前方安装有热风喷嘴,机架的右侧安装有动力组件,所述动力组件的左侧安装有可转动的“U”形传动臂,“U”形传动臂内设置有传动机构,所述传动机构的末端连接有下压轮。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选实施方式,所述“U”形传动臂由右直边、横边、左竖边和左直边依次相连组成。
进一步优选实施方式,所述传动机构为链轮机构和横向转轴的组合,“U”形传动臂的右直边、左竖边和左直边分别设置有链轮机构,“U”形传动臂的横边设置有横向转轴,所述右直边链轮机构的一个链轮与动力组件相连,另一个链轮与横向转轴的一端连接,横向转轴的另一端通过左竖边链轮机构与左直边链轮机构的一个链轮连接,左直边链轮机构的另一个链轮与所述下压轮连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用可转动的“U”形传动臂代替传统的下横转轴来为下压轮提供动力,可以根据加工材料的大小和放置方式来调整“U”形传动臂的位置,使得操作更简便;另一方面,“U”形传动臂设置了左直边,使热风缝口密封机可以缝合圆筒装布料,加工产品的样式更加多样化。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的一种热风缝口密封机,包括机架1,机架上设置有悬臂梁2,悬臂梁2的左端下部装有上压轮5,悬臂梁2的左端前方安装有热风喷嘴7,机架1的右侧安装有动力组件3,动力组件3的左侧安装有可转动的“U”形传动臂4,“U”形传动臂4内设置有传动机构,传动机构的末端连接有下压轮6。
参照图1至图3,在本实施例中,“U”形传动臂4由右直边41、横边42、左竖边43和左直边44依次相连组成,其中左竖边43作为“U”形传动臂4的辅助组件,凡是采用与上述相类似的方式构成的传动臂应属于本实用新型的保护范围。上述的传动机构为链轮机构和横向转轴的组合,“U”形传动臂的右直边41、左竖边43和左直边44分别设置有链轮机构,“U”形传动臂的横边42设置有横向转轴46,右直边链轮机构45的一个链轮与动力组件3相连,另一个链轮与横向转轴46的一端连接,横向转轴46的另一端通过左竖边链轮机构47与左直边链轮机构48的一个链轮连接,左直边链轮机构48的另一个链轮与所述下压轮6连接。悬臂梁2内的上横转轴为上压轮5提供动力,使上压轮5与下压轮6同步反转,加工的材料可以随上下压轮5、6的紧压转动而进给。由于采用可转动的“U”形传动臂4内的传动机构代替传统的下横转轴来为下压轮6提供动力,可以根据加工材料的大小和放置方式来调整“U”形传动臂4的位置,使得操作更简便。在实际生产中,如果加工材料的横截面积较大,可以将“U”形传动臂的横边42转至最低位置,使横边42与悬臂梁2之间的空间达到最大,加工材料可以从其中通过。另一方面,“U”形传动臂4设置了左直边44,使热风缝口密封机可以缝合圆筒装布料,加工产品的样式更加多样化。加工圆筒装布料的时候,将布料环裹左直边44,其头尾两端形成的缝合口在上下压轮5、6的紧压传动下被热风喷嘴7的吹出的高温空气加热缝合,实现圆筒装布料的加工。
“U”形传动臂4的横边42的右侧铰链安装有带滑槽81的支撑架8,动力组件3左侧设置有定位板9,定位板9上设有与支撑架滑槽81相配合的定位销91。在加工横截面积较小的材料时,可以将“U”形传动臂4的横边42转至水平位置,通过滑槽81与定位板9的定位销91扣合,支撑架8对“U”形传动臂4实现牢固的支承,这时候“U”形传动臂4可以作为待加工材料的放置平台。
参照图4,机架1上设置有与所述“U”形传动臂的横边42平行的辅助滚动杆10,在加工大体积材料的时候作为辅助的支承传送结构,使材料的传送过程更平稳,提高加工质量。
另外,左竖边43在左竖边链轮机构47下部设置有调节轴承机构49,可以通过调节轴承机构49及时对链轮机构的松紧程度进行调整,操作简便。
本实用新型的一种热风缝口密封机,操作方便,加工产品的样式多,可广泛用于各种帐篷材料的热风缝合领域。

1.一种热风缝口密封机,包括机架(1),机架上设置有悬臂梁(2),悬臂梁(2)的左端下部装有上压轮(5),悬臂梁(2)的左端前方安装有热风喷嘴(7),机架(1)的右侧安装有动力组件(3),其特征在于所述动力组件(3)的左侧安装有可转动的“U”形传动臂(4),“U”形传动臂(4)内设置有与所述动力组件(3)相连的传动机构,所述传动机构的末端连接有下压轮(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热风缝口密封机,其特征在于所述“U”形传动臂(4)由右直边(41)、横边(42)、左竖边(43)和左直边(44)依次相连组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热风缝口密封机,其特征在于所述传动机构为链轮机构和横向转轴的组合,“U”形传动臂的右直边(41)、左竖边(43)和左直边(44)分别设置有链轮机构,“U”形传动臂的横边(42)设置有横向转轴(46),所述右直边链轮机构(45)的一个链轮与动力组件(3)相连,另一个链轮与横向转轴(46)的一端连接,横向转轴(46)的另一端通过左竖边链轮机构(47)与左直边链轮机构(48)的一个链轮连接,左直边链轮机构(48)的另一个链轮与所述下压轮(6)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种热风缝口密封机,其特征在于所述“U”形传动臂(4)的横边(42)的右侧铰链安装有带滑槽(81)的支撑架(8),所述动力组件(3)左侧设置有定位板(9),定位板(9)上设有与所述滑槽(81)相配合的定位销(91)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种热风缝口密封机,其特征在于所述机架(1)上设置有与所述“U”形传动臂的横边(42)平行的辅助滚动杆(10)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种热风缝口密封机,其特征在于所述左竖边(43)在左竖边链轮机构(47)下部设置有调节轴承机构(49)。
