Description
本实用新型涉及汽油箱，特别是机动车辆盛装本身燃油——汽油的汽油箱。
目前，机动车辆盛装作为本身燃油——汽油的汽油箱大多是用铁皮做成其主体的，这种油箱的铁皮壳与汽油直接接触，容易生锈，有的仅用上三年五载就被汽油腐蚀穿孔了。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种坚固耐用的双层汽油箱。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在原有的汽油箱主体——金属外壳内增加一个形状、大小与金属外壳相仿的耐油塑料内层，内层与外壳的进油口、排油口同在一处。充装汽油时把汽油从进油口直接注入耐油塑料内层中的腔里，排出汽油时汽油从上述的腔里经排油口直接排出箱外。汽油与油箱的金属外壳始终不接触。
由于采用上述方案，避免了汽油与油箱金属外壳接触和汽油对金属外壳的腐蚀，使油箱的寿命大大延长，又可以消除油箱因穿孔漏油带来的安全隐患，还可以防止因油箱的金属外壳脱落的锈末对滤网、化油器的自动阀门填塞，克服了化油器漏油的一个重要病因。

在图1中，金属外壳(1)与耐油塑料内层(2)紧密粘贴，顶面有进油口(3)和盖(5)，底部有排油口(4)，耐油塑料内层(2)中有储油腔(6)。充装汽油时，把汽油从进油口(3)直接注入储油腔(6)内，排油时，汽油从储油腔(6)内经排油口(4)直接排出箱外，保证了汽油与金属外壳始终不接触。

1.一种汽油箱，其特征是：它的主体由金属外壳和耐油塑料内层两层构成，内外层开口一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽油箱，其特征是：其耐油塑料内层固定在金属外壳里。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽油箱，其特征是：其耐油塑料内层紧贴着金属外壳。
