部分变压器低压部分采用在铝箔上焊铜铝排以便于引线引出.以前铜铝排对焊的焊缝是直线,接触面小,强度低。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了增加液浸式变压器铜铝排的焊接强度,提高变压器的运行可靠性而设计的。
一种液浸式变压器铜铝排,包括铜排和铝排,铜排和铝排的焊缝为光滑曲线。
上述的变压器铜铝排的焊缝中间为半圆形曲线。
铜铝排的焊缝由直线改为光滑曲线后,增加了焊接面,改善了受力情况,其焊接强度加大了,同时也提高了变压器运行的可靠性。

一种液浸式变压器铜铝排,包括铜排1和铝排2,铜排1和铝排2的焊缝3为光滑曲线。
上述焊缝3中间为半圆形曲线。
铜排1和铝排2可以通过闪光电阻焊来焊接,液浸式变压器的低压部分的铝箔和铝排2也是通过焊接连接。焊缝3由直线改为曲线后,改变了焊缝的受力情况,由直线受力改为多方向受力,增加了焊接强度。

1.一种液浸式变压器铜铝排,包括铜排(1)和铝排(2),其特征在于铜排(1)和铝排(2)的焊缝(3)为光滑曲线。
2.如权利要求1所述的变压器铜铝排,其特征在于焊缝(3)中间为半圆形弧线。
