Abstract

背景技术
蓄电池是组成电源设备的器件。目前用于野外安装的蓄电池,一般采用于地面或于支架上裸露摆放的装配方式,易受环境影响损坏和被盗丢失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种能够有效避免蓄电池受环境影响损坏和被盗丢失的蓄电池安装防护箱。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种蓄电池安装防护箱,它具有一将蓄电池封装于内的方形箱体,于箱体的外面配置有由型钢经防盗螺栓连接组成的箱体框架。
本实用新型采用封闭箱体外置防拆卸的框架构成蓄电池安装防护箱,可有效避免蓄电池受环境影响而损坏和被盗丢失,提高蓄电池的使用寿命和安装的可靠性。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明。
如附图,本防护箱具有将蓄电池封装于内的方形箱体1,该箱体1根据设计要求可采用金属薄板加工成型,亦可采用塑料或玻璃钢材料加工成型,并可附置保温结构层。在箱体1的外面配置有由型钢经防盗螺栓连接组成的箱体框架2。具体实施时,其型钢可以为角型钢、槽型钢和扁型钢。防盗螺栓可采用目前防盗性能优良的多种类型螺栓,如用专用工具拆卸的异形螺母防盗螺栓、配置有防盗楔的防盗螺栓等。
附图实施例的箱体框架2的立边框与横边框及边框间的加强连接梁的连接和固定均采用防盗螺栓。本实用新型在箱体的长与宽的比值较大时,也可采用焊接成型侧面框后再经防盗螺栓连接组合成型箱体框架的方式。

1.一种蓄电池安装防护箱,其特征是:它具有一将蓄电池封装于内的方形箱体(1),于箱体(1)的外面配置有由型钢经防盗螺栓连接组成的箱体框架(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池安装防护箱,其特征是:所述组成箱体框架(2)的型钢为角型钢、槽型钢和扁型钢。
