Abstract

本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,包括由底盒与上盖组成的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体采用ABS材料和/或PC材料制成。本实用新型与传统的用金属材料制成的直流汇流箱相比,具有以下优点:由于箱体是采用ABS材料和/或PC材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,抗冲击性、不易变形,重量轻,便于运输和安装,容易二次加工如开孔等。ABS和PC材料通过模具注塑方式可以方便的制成所述的凹槽和凸起部,并且通过在凹槽内填塞或者点胶密封条,可以使箱体的整体密封等级达到IP67以上。由于上盖是用透明的PC材料制成,可直接观察到箱体内部的元器件使用情况,特别是防雷产品是否失效,使检测方便快捷。

太阳能光伏直流汇流箱
技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏发电系统中的直流汇流箱。
背景技术
为了减少太阳能光伏组件阵列与其它直流负载或逆变器之间的连接线,以及维修和维护方便,通常情况下需要在光伏组件与其它直流负载或者逆变器之间增加汇流箱,把光伏组件中的多路直流汇流成一路输出,方便与直流负载或者逆变器的接线。
目前,常见的直流汇流箱多为冷钢板外加喷塑等金属材质制成的箱体。其存在以下问题:1、防腐能力不够:如果喷塑油漆粘附力不够,或者在搬运和安装过程中碰伤油漆,则非常容易腐蚀。如果应用于海边等潮湿环境或者是有有机溶剂的场所则腐蚀情况更加严重。2、密封等级不高:用钣金制成的箱体一般最高防护等级能做到IP65,但是由于国内大部分钣金生产企业没有自己独立的检测设备,往往实际上只能做到IP54防护等级。由于直流汇流箱多用于户外,经常受到风吹雨淋,如果防护等级不能达到IP65以上,会降低箱内元器件的效率和使用寿命,进而减低光伏发电效率,增加光伏发电成本。3、无检测视窗:由于直流汇流箱大部分都是用于户外,因此在直流汇流箱内需配有防雷模块对电路进行保护,以防止雷击对电路造成损坏。而防雷模块是通过颜色的变化来确定是否遭受雷击,是否保护已失效,目前大部分的直流汇流没有检测视窗,所有无法直观的看到防雷产品是否失效,而必须要打开箱体后才能检测,效率很低。4、易变形:如果在工厂安装、工厂检测、运输、现场安装等环节稍有不注意,出现碰撞等情况,金属材质的箱体容易出现变形,而且很难修补。5、重量大:大部分直流汇流箱是通过挂壁方式安装,因此金属材质的密封箱体安装费时费力,很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种由ABS材料和/或PC材料制成的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其具有耐腐蚀性好,抗冲击性强、不易变形,重量轻,便于运输和安装,容易二次加工如开孔等优点;而且密封性能好,检测方便快捷。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案:一种太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,包括由底盒与上盖组成的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体采用ABS材料和/或PC材料制成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述底盒采用ABS材料制成,所述上盖采用PC材料制成。
所述底盒与上盖采用ABS材料制成。所述底盒与上盖采用PC材料制成。所述上盖的边沿四周设有凹槽,所述上盖的边沿四周设有凸起部,上盖与底盒连接组成箱体时,凸起部嵌入凹槽内。进一步地,所述上盖的凹槽内设有密封条,以保证箱体的整体密封性。所述底盒与上盖之间通过螺钉连接。所述底盒与上盖的一侧通过铰链连接,另一侧装有用于将底盒与上盖扣合连接的搭扣。
本实用新型与传统的用金属材料制成的直流汇流箱相比,具有以下优点:(1)、由于箱体是采用ABS材料和/或PC材料制成,耐腐蚀性好,抗冲击性、不易变形,重量轻,便于运输和安装,容易二次加工如开孔等。(2)、ABS和PC材料通过模具注塑方式可以方便的制成所述的凹槽和凸起部,并且通过在凹槽内填塞或者点胶密封条,可以使箱体的整体密封等级达到IP67以上。(3)、由于上盖是用透明的PC材料制成,可直接观察到箱体内部的元器件使用情况,特别是防雷产品是否失效,使检测方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示:本实用新型提供了一种应用于太阳能光伏发电系统中的直流汇流箱,其包括由底盒1与上盖2组成的箱体,所述底盒1用于安装箱内元器件和穿线、接线用途,底盒1的作用与传统的钣金直流汇流箱的壳体一样。所述上盖2可开启或拆卸下来,方便安装与维修,上盖2作用与传统的钣金直流汇流箱的柜门一样。所述箱体的底盒1与上盖2可以同时采用ABS工程塑料材料或PC聚碳酸酯材料作为材质,通过模具注塑成型,然后组合成密封的箱体。也可以是底盒1采用ABS材料,上盖2用PC材料做成透明的,以起到监视窗作用。如图6所示,所述上盖2的边沿四周设有凹槽4,所述上盖2的边沿四周设有凸起部5,上盖2与底盒1连接组成箱体时,凸起部5嵌入凹槽4内。如图4、图5所示,所述上盖2的凹槽4内可以填塞或者点胶密封条3,以保证箱体的整体密封性,使箱体的整体密封等级提高到IP67等级以上。
所述底盒1与上盖2之间的连接方式可灵活变换,实施例中示出了两种连接方式:一种是通过螺钉6连接,如图7所示,在底盒1与上盖2上对应开设有螺钉孔,螺钉6从上盖2插入,将底盒1与上盖2连接起来。这种连接方式的优点在于:底盒1与上盖2的密封性能好,可应用于恶劣环境条件下。另一种如图8所示,底盒1与上盖2的一侧通过铰链7连接,另一侧装有用于将底盒1与上盖2扣合连接的搭扣8。这种连接方式的优点在于:底盒1与上盖2打开方便,便于检修维护。

1.一种太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,包括由底盒(1)与上盖(2)组成的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体采用ABS材料和/或PC材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述底盒(1)采用ABS材料制成,所述上盖(2)采用PC材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述底盒(1)与上盖(2)采用ABS材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述底盒(1)与上盖(2)采用PC材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述上盖(2)的边沿四周设有凹槽(4),所述上盖(2)的边沿四周设有凸起部(5),上盖(2)与底盒(1)连接组成箱体时,凸起部(5)嵌入凹槽(4)内。
6.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述上盖(2)的凹槽(4)内设有密封条(3)。
7.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述底盒(1)与上盖(2)之间通过螺钉(6)连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏直流汇流箱,其特征在于:所述底盒(1)与上盖(2)的一侧通过铰链(7)连接,另一侧装有用于将底盒(1)与上盖(2)扣合连接的搭扣(8)。
