一种合成氨生产线专用止回阀，它由阀体(1)、转动轴(2)、阀板(3)、转动手柄(4)组成，转动轴(2)通过轴承安装在阀体(1)上，阀板(3)固定在转动轴(2)上，转动手柄(4)固定在的转动轴(2)未端。优点是：1.转动轴同阀板一起转动，转动轴不会非正常磨损；2.轴承设置在阀体密封腔外，不受阀内介质影响；3.轴端伸出阀体外并设置了转动手柄，在外可检查阀门是否正常工作，并且维修人员可以经常转动转动手柄，防止阀板被杂质卡死。

本实用新型涉及止回阀领域。
背景技术
目前合成氨生产线上所使用的止回阀一主要由阀体、转动轴、阀板组成。目前有两种型式：第一种型式阀板上轴套与转动轴之间相对转动，其不足之处在于由于止回阀长期使用，转动轴和轴套易被磨损，最终导致阀板脱落，止回阀失去止回功能；第二种型式转动轴和阀板轴套固定一起转动，但为防泄漏而将轴承设置于阀体内，管道内有杂质易将轴承损坏，最终将轴磨断，导致阀板脱落，止回阀失去止回功能。当正在运行的设备突然失去外来动力时(如电机突然跳闸)管道内的气流回冲至生产线上游的加工设备，导致设备破坏。而当转动轴已磨损或有杂质卡阻时，维修人员在阀门外很难发现。其次由于管道内的气流并非衡定，气流大小变化会使阀板震动而撞击阀体密封面，易使阀板损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有合成氨生产线上所使用的止回阀上述之不足，而提供一种合成氨生产线专用止回阀，它由阀体1、转动轴2、阀板3、转动手柄4组成，转动轴2通过轴承安装在阀体1上，阀板3固定在转动轴2上，转动手柄4固定在的转动轴2未端。它还有弹簧5、弹簧座6，弹簧座6固定在阀体上，弹簧5一端固定在弹簧座6上，另一端顶在转动手柄4上。
本实用新型的优点是：1、转动轴同阀板一起转动，转动轴不会非正常磨损；2、轴承设置在阀体密封腔外，不受阀内介质影响；3、轴端伸出阀体外并设置了转动手柄，在外可检查阀门是否正常工作，并且维修人员可以经常转动转动手柄，防止阀板被杂质卡死：4、通过弹簧顶在转动手柄上，可以有效地阻止因气流大小变化使阀板震动而撞击阀体，延长阀板使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型为气体止回阀，采用普通机加工工艺加工，转动轴两端通过轴承安装在阀体上，轴承位于阀体外，便于维修轴承。阀板固定在转动轴上，转动手柄固定在的转动轴未端。弹簧座固定在阀体上，弹簧一端固定在弹簧座上，弹簧另一端当阀板处于全打开状态时顶在转动手柄上。

1.一种合成氨生产线专用止回阀，其特征在于它由阀体(1)、转动轴(2)、阀板(3)、转动手柄(4)组成，转动轴(2)通过轴承安装在阀体(1)上，阀板(3)固定在转动轴(2)上，转动手柄(4)固定在的转动轴(2)未端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成氨生产线专用止回阀，其特征在于它还有弹簧(5)、弹簧座(6)，弹簧座(6)固定在阀体上，弹簧(5)一端固定在弹簧座(6)上，另一端顶在转动手柄(4)上。
