Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带有槽销的门模块定位系统,所述槽销使得在装配期间托板能够以无需紧固件的方式初始地支撑和保持在内门板上。
背景技术
门模块组件包括托板,所述托板支撑诸如门锁和车窗升降机构之类的构件。所述托板附接到车门上的内门板。通常,所述托板包括定位销,所述定位销插入到在所述内门板中形成的开口中,以使所述托板相对于所述内门板对准。
传统上,每个定位销包括作为分离件附接到所述托板的圆柱形钢销。这需要额外的装配步骤,因此增加了成本。更进一步地,这些圆柱形钢销通常以与所述托板垂直的方式定向。相应的开口垂直地延伸到所述内门板的一侧。这种结构的一个缺点是托板必须立即固定至所述内门板以将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。因此,当进行其它装配操作时,所述定位销不能独自地用于将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
如果所述托板和所述内门板在对准后不立刻固定在一起,所述定位销的垂直定向会导致所述托板滑离并与所述内门板分开。这意味着所述对准和附接步骤必须在同一装配线位置处完成。这使得装配更加困难和昂贵。
因而,需要一种门模块定位系统,其利用共同的特征结构来使所述托板和内门板定位并保持在一起。更进一步地,此共同特征结构将不需要在所述托板和所述内门板之间立刻进行永久的连接。此特征结构使得所述门模块组件可以在装配线位置之间移动或者根据需要可以在永久的连接之前进行另外的装配步骤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种门模块组件,尤其是一种门模块定位系统,其利用共同的特征结构来使所述托板和内门板定位并保持在一起。更进一步地,此共同特征结构将不需要在所述托板和所述内门板之间立刻进行永久的连接。
具体而言,本实用新型提供了一种门模块组件,其包括:
安装到内门板的托板;以及
定位销和开口,所述定位销和开口中的一个形成于所述托板上以与所述定位销和开口中形成于所述内门板上的另一个相配合,从而提供保持特征结构,其中所述定位销包括具有去除部分的销体,所述销体容纳在所述开口中,以将所述托板相对于所述内门板对准,并且所述保持特征结构以不需要另外的安装构件的方式将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
此外,本发明还提供了一种门模块组件,其包括:
托板;
朝向所述托板的内门板;
至少一个和所述托板整体形成的定位销,所述至少一个定位销包括具有去除部分的销体,使得所述至少一个定位销在所述托板附接到所述内门板的过程中在第一位置和第二位置之间是可移动的;以及
至少一个形成于所述内门板中的开口,其中,所述至少一个定位销与所述至少一个开口配合,从而将所述托板相对于所述内门板对准,并且以不需要另外的安装构件的方式将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
上述的门模块组件包括托板和内门板。所述托板和内门板中的一个包括至少一个定位销,所述定位销用于以不需要任何另外紧固件的方式将所述托板和内门板对准并保持在一起。每个定位销包括一个具有去除部分的销体,所述去除部分使得所述定位销可以在装配期间弯曲。
在一个例子中,所述去除部分包括延伸到所述销体远端的槽。所述槽将所述销体分成第一和第二唇部。所述第一和第二唇部在所述定位销穿过开口的过程中彼此相向地弯曲;并且,所述第一和第二唇部在所述定位销穿过所述开口之后向外彼此远离地弯曲,以将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
通过使用带槽的定位销来将所述托板对准并保持在所述内门板上,得以避免托板分离,并且能够以不需要将所述托板永久地连接在所述内门板上的方式进行后续的装配步骤。永久的连接可在任何所需的装配操作之后进行。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出门模块组件10。门模块组件10包括托板12和内门板14。门模块构件16安装到托板12。例如,门模块构件16可以是任何已知类型的门模块构件,如窗户升降机构16a或者门锁机构16b(示意性示出)。
托板12包括外表面18和内表面20,内表面20背对内门板14。托板12的内表面20朝向车厢。车厢的位置大致由箭头26指出。内门板14包括背对托板12的外表面22和朝向托板12外表面18的内表面24。
托板12包括至少一个定位销30,所述定位销用来以不需要任何其它紧固件的方式将托板12对准并保持在内门板14上。优选地,多个定位销30用于对准和保持。如图2所示,每个定位销30包括去除部分32,去除部分32为定位销30提供弹性保持特征结构,使得所述定位销在托板12装配到所述内门板的过程中可以在不同位置之间弯曲。
如图2所示,每个定位销30包括销体34,销体34具有基端36和远端38。去除部分32包括从基端36延伸到远端38的槽40。槽40将销体34分成第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44,所述第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44弹性地成形以在不同的安装位置之间移动。
如图3所示,槽40由一对锥形表面40a和40b组成,所述锥形表面在从基端36延伸到远端38的方向上彼此分离。这使得第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44在远端38处与在基端36处相比可以有更大的弹性。
每个定位销30插入到形成于内门板14中的对应开口46中(图1)。如图4所示,在定位销30插入到开口46的过程中,第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44彼此相向地内向弯曲。在定位销30穿过开口46后,第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44回到其初始位置,也就是第一弹性唇部42和第二弹性唇部44彼此远离地向外弯曲,如图5所示。这提供了防止托板12从内门板14滑离的保持特征结构。
优选地,定位销30与托板12作为单个构件而整体地形成。这消除对传统所需分离钢销的需要,并且相应地减少了成本和装配时间。优选地,在模制加工期间,定位销30和托板12由同一种塑料制成。此外,可以理解的是,尽管如图所示,定位销30形成于托板12上且开口46形成于内门板14中,但是,定位销形成于内门板14上且开口形成于托板12上的相反构造也是可以使用的。
带槽的定位销30为托板12同时提供对准和保持在门模块组件10内的能力。定位销30和开口46配合而使托板12相对内门板14对准。定位销30弹性地卡合在开口46中以将托板12保持在内门板14上。避免了板分离,后续的装配步骤可以在无需将托板12永久连接至内门板14的情况下完成。例如,托板12和内门板14然后可以在任何所需的装配操作之后紧固在一起,比如在门模块构件16附接在门模块组件10内之后。
尽管公开了本实用新型的优选实施方式,但是,本领域的普通技术人员将认识到某些修改将落在本实用新型的范围内。由此,应该研究所附的权利要求来确定本实用新型的真正范围和内容。

Claims (14)

1.一种门模块组件,其特征在于,所述门模块组件包括:
安装到内门板的托板;以及
定位销和开口,所述定位销和开口中的一个形成于所述托板上以与所述定位销和开口中形成于所述内门板上的另一个相配合,从而提供保持特征结构,其中所述定位销包括具有去除部分的销体,所述销体容纳在所述开口中,以将所述托板相对于所述内门板对准,并且所述保持特征结构以不需要另外的安装构件的方式将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述定位销从所述托板伸出,并且所述开口形成于所述内门板中。
3.如权利要求2所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述定位销和所述托板作为单个构件整体地形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述托板和所述定位销用相同的塑料制成。
5.如权利要求2所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述去除部分包括槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述定位销包括和所述托板一起形成的基端以及插入到所述开口中的远端,并且所述槽从所述基端延伸到所述远端,从而将所述销体分成第一唇部和第二唇部。
7.如权利要求6所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述第一唇部和第二唇部在所述第一唇部和第二唇部插入到所述开口内的过程中彼此相向地向内移动,并且所述第一唇部和第二唇部在所述第一唇部和第二唇部穿过所述开口之后彼此远离地向外移动。
8.如权利要求5所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述槽由一对锥形表面限定。
9.一种门模块组件,其特征在于,所述门模块组件包括:
托板;
朝向所述托板的内门板;
至少一个和所述托板整体形成的定位销,所述至少一个定位销包括具有去除部分的销体,使得所述至少一个定位销在所述托板附接到所述内门板的过程中在第一位置和第二位置之间是可移动的;以及
至少一个形成于所述内门板中的开口,其中,所述至少一个定位销与所述至少一个开口配合,从而将所述托板相对于所述内门板对准,并且以不需要另外的安装构件的方式将所述托板保持在所述内门板上。
10.如权利要求9所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,在所述至少一个定位销插入到所述至少一个开口内的过程中,所述至少一个定位销从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置;并且,在所述至少一个定位销穿过所述至少一个开口之后,所述至少一个定位销从所述第二位置移动到所述第一位置。
11.如权利要求10所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述去除部分包括槽。
12.如权利要求11所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述销体带有和所述托板一起形成的基端以及插入到所述至少一个开口中的远端,所述槽从所述基端延伸到所述远端,从而将所述销体分成第一唇部和第二唇部,所述第一唇部和第二唇部在所述第一位置和第二位置之间弯曲。
13.如权利要求11所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述槽包括一对锥形表面。
14.如权利要求10所述的门模块组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个定位销具有一个部分,在所述第一位置时,所述部分的直径大于所述至少一个开口;在所述第二位置时,所述部分的直径小于所述至少一个开口。
