背景技术:
压斜在生产钢背时,是非常普遍的工序,刹车片钢背大约有60%以上的品种需要压斜,所以压斜模具选用料的大小,寿命长短,维修质量等都会给钢背整个制造过程带来很大的影响。
发明内容:
为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是设计一种钢背压斜模具。它的技术方案为:燕尾槽镶块3镶嵌在冲头1的燕尾槽2内。该实用新型的优点是:结构设计合理实用,构思巧妙新颖,使用该模具不仅缩短了维修时间,也极大的节省了材料,降低了模具的维修成本。

具体实施方式:
燕尾槽镶块3镶嵌在冲头1的燕尾槽2内。压斜模具在工作过程中,由于冲头导向部分与凹模导向槽之间互相作用的力较大,一般是冲头导向部分随着使用次数的增多,会出现掉肉的现象。原来在维修这种模具时,会重做压斜冲头。而重做一个压斜冲头需要经过机加工——钳工——线切割——机加工——热处理5道工序。现在为了进一步节省材料与时间,维修人员只需加工冲头的损坏部分燕尾槽镶块3,然后在损坏的冲头1上割出相应的燕尾槽2,将加工好的部分镶上,这样只需要经过线切割——钳工就可以把冲头修好。
