背景技术
龙门铣床横梁和立柱、工作台一起构成机床的龙门框架,在横梁上安装导轨、丝杆副以形成铣头的横向运动。考虑零件的工艺性,横向导轨大多数安装在同一平面上,但由于铣削加工为断续切削,切削力和切削振动较大,这种导轨的安装方式导致机床抵抗冲击力的能力较弱,同时也影响了零件的加工工艺。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以有效克服上述问题发生的数控龙门铣床横梁导轨结构。
本实用新型结构的目的是这样实现的:横梁的水平端面和垂直端面各设置有直线导轨,各导轨互相平行;
上述结构中,导轨沿着水平方向通过螺丝被固定在横梁的水平端面和垂直端面上。
综上所述,本实用新型的数控龙门铣床横梁导轨结构中,横梁上设置互相平行的直线导轨,为了承受主轴组件的重量,在横梁的水平端面设置水平导轨,同时为了克服在工作进行时的切削力,而在横梁的垂直端面上设置导轨,这两个导轨安装面不在同一平面上,相互垂直,而导轨在空间上互相平行,这样导轨可以更好地承受空间上两个相互垂直的重力和切削力,更加稳定地支撑主轴组件的工作,这样既提高了机床工作时的稳定性,也改善了零件的加工工艺。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,龙门铣床横梁1的水平端面设置有一根导轨2,横梁1的垂直端面设置有一根导轨3,两导轨互相平行,沿水平方向固定在横梁的两端面上,两导轨通过螺丝4固定在横梁上。
主轴组件5设置两个卡槽6和7,主轴组件5通过两卡槽卡接在两根导轨上,这样主轴组件可以沿着导轨做左右横向运动。
龙门铣床在工作的进行过程中,横梁导轨同时承受主轴组件的重力和工作进行时的切削力,在横梁的水平端面上设置导轨2,在横梁的垂直端面上也设置导轨3,这两个导轨安装面不在同一平面上,相互垂直,而导轨在空间上互相平行,从而可以更好地承受空间上两个相互垂直的重力和切削力,更加稳定地支撑主轴组件的工作,这样机床工作时的稳定性得到了提高,同时零件的加工工艺也得到了改善。
