Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种数控雕刻机。包括数控箱,其底座上设有工作台面,底座的两侧分别通过2根Y1直线导轨、2根Y2直线导轨活动连接有左立柱、右立柱,左立柱、右立柱顶端连接的横梁上设有X直线导轨和X丝杆,X直线导轨上设有X向滑板,X向滑板上设有Z直线导轨和Z丝杆,Z直线导轨上设有Z向滑板,Z丝杆螺母固定于Z丝杆螺母座上,Z向滑板上连接有电主轴,Z丝杆螺母座、主轴卡子与Z向滑板为一体式结构。Y1丝杆、Y2丝杆、X丝杆、Z丝杆均由伺服电机驱动。本实用新型Y轴采用Y1双导轨、Y2双导轨导向,并通过双丝杆驱动,有效的解决了横梁移动时偏摆变形的问题,提高了加工精度,也使得加工速度能够大幅度提高。

背景技术
[0002] 雕刻机是ー种广泛应用于木工业、广告业、エ艺业、模具业、建筑业、印刷包装业、装饰业的通用机械设备,可雕刻木工板、密度板、亚克カ有机板、PVC板、芙蓉板、双色板、大理石、防火板、橡胶板、玻璃等多种不同材质。现有的雕刻机一般是在床身两侧安装直线导轨,用于支持龙门架,在床身中部安装Y向丝杆传动装置,用于驱动龙门架行走;在X向也采用了丝杆传动方式,用于驱动雕刻头沿X向行走。雕刻机工作吋,由Y向丝杆传动装置驱动龙门架行走,由X向丝杆驱动雕刻头沿X向行走,雕刻头自身进行Z向行走,在控制系统作用下,雕刻头实现X向、Y向、Z向定位,由雕刻电机进行雕刻作业。由于雕刻机仅在床身中部安装ー套Y向丝杆传动装置,从而造成驱动功率较小,龙门移动时会产生振动,尤其在加工大型エ件时,影响雕刻精度,丝杆的磨损也较快,缩短了丝杆的使用寿命。为此有人对现有的雕刻机进行了改进,如国家知识产权局于2012年I月25日公开的由董继锋设计的、专利号为201120219465.8名称为ー种大型木模数控雕刻机的实用新型专利,包括底座,底座上设有工作台面,底座的两侧分别通过Yl直线导轨、Y2直线导轨活动连接有左立柱、右立柱,底座的两侧分别设有Yl伺服电机、Y2伺服电机,Yl伺服电机、Y2伺服电机连接有Yl丝杆、YZ丝杆,左立柱、右立柱分别通过螺纹连接Yl丝杆、Y2丝杆,Yl丝杆、Y2丝杆的另ー端连接在Yl丝杆支撑座、Y2丝杆支撑座内,丝杆支撑座固定在底座的两侧,左立柱、右立柱顶端连接有横梁,横梁上通过横梁滑动装置连接有木模雕刻主轴装置,伺服电机、横梁滑动装置、木模雕刻主轴装置通过线路连接数控箱。数控箱可以通过Yl伺服电机、Y2伺服电机控制Yl丝杆、Y2丝杆转动,从而使得左立柱、右立柱前后移动,进而横梁也可以前后移动,使得木模雕刻主轴装置可以位于工作台面上的前后任意ー个位置。横梁滑动装置包括设在横梁上的X直线导轨,木模雕刻主轴装置活动连接在X直线导轨上,横梁上还设有X伺服电机,X伺服电机连接X丝杆,木模雕刻主轴装置通过螺纹连接X丝杆,X丝杆另一端连接X丝杆支撑座,X丝杆支撑座固定在横梁上。木模雕刻主轴装置可以通过X丝杆在横梁上做左右移动,这样使得木模雕刻主轴装置可以位于工作台面上的左右任意ー个位置。木模雕刻主轴装置包括活动连接在X直线导轨上的Z滑块座,Z滑块座上固定有Z滑块,Z滑块通过Z直线导轨活动连接有Z座,Z座上设有主轴伺服电机,主轴伺服电机连接主轴,Z座顶端设有Z伺服电机,Z伺服电机连接有Z丝杆,Z滑块座通过螺纹连接Z丝杆。Z滑块座可以在横梁上横向左右移动,Z座可以在Z滑块座上作纵向上下移动,这样便于主轴在X、Y、Z三个方向上定位。该技术方案对于加工木工板等抗カ较小的エ件尚可,但在加工大型エ件、特别是金属类エ件时,因切削外力引起横梁在X-Y平面内的偏摆变形较大,导致加工精度降低,也限制了加工速度的提高,有时还会出现卡死现象,如加大Y轴驱动电机的功率,则会出现断刀问题,重新换刀后エ件易出现接刀痕,严重影响エ件质量。发明内容

[0006] 为了安装调整方便,本实用新型所述的Yl直线导轨、Y2直线导轨、Yl丝杆、Y2丝杆均设置于底座的上平面上,所述的Yl丝杆位于2根Yl直线导轨之间;所述的Y2丝杆位于2根Y2直线导轨之间。
[0007] 为了方便安装和调整,并使左立柱、右立柱同步运动,提闻加工精度,本实用新型所述的Y丝杆螺母调整装置包括与Yl丝杆或Y2丝杆相啮合的Y丝杆螺母、与左立柱或右立柱相连接的Y丝杆螺母座支架,Y丝杆螺母座支架上设有Y丝杆螺母座,Y丝杆螺母与Y丝杆螺母座通过螺栓相连接;Y丝杆螺母座上设有外螺纹,与外螺纹相配合的一对夹紧螺母将Y丝杆螺母座固定于Y丝杆螺母座支架上。

[0009] 为了提高加工精度,本实用新型所述的Z丝杆螺母座、主轴卡子与Z向滑板为一体式结构。
[0010] 本实用新型运动方式为通过电脑内的程序控制X、Y、Z向的伺服电机的旋转,伺服电机的旋转带动丝杆的转动完成机械X、Y、Z方向的移动,从而来完成对需加工件在X、Y、Z方向的加工。本实用新型Y轴采用Yl双导轨、Υ2双导轨导向,并通过双丝杆驱动,丝杆上设有丝杆螺母调节装置,有效的解决了横梁移动时偏摆变形的问题,提高了加工精度,也使得加工速度能够大幅度提高,在加工金属类工件时可以达到5米/分钟,也不会出现卡死或断刀现象,产品加工精度、光洁度高;Ζ丝杆螺母座、主轴卡子与Z向滑板位为一体式结构,进一步提闻了加工精度。
