Abstract
一种梯用固定关节，属工具和五金用品领域。由一块压铸成型的铝/镁合金关节板制成。该关节板由弯头和与弯头连为一体的连接板组成，在关节板弯头的正反两面各设有一个凹坑，在弯头下部的二个连接板上各设有一个通孔，两个连接板的侧面各设有一个纵向凹槽，使用时，用固定关节的两个连接板分别插入两块梯架的上端，通过螺栓和螺母将梯架固定在固定关节的两个连接板上，成为人字型梯架。这种固定关节，具有质量轻，强度好，使用灵活，搬运方便等优点，适合作各种梯子的关节连接件。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种工具和五金用品，具体说是一种楼梯用的固定关节。
【背景技术】
在家庭装修和建筑施工中，均要采用楼梯或架梯，这种楼梯或架梯一般是用两块长方形或梯形支架，在两支架的顶端通过二个连接件，固定成人字形梯子，有的梯子支架还可伸缩，用以达到不同的高度。目前，梯子顶端采用的是固定式关节连接件，它由铁板冲压成型，因此它质量重，精度差，搬运困难，装拆麻烦，给使用者带来诸多不便。
【实用新型内容】为克服现有梯用固定关节的上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种新式的梯用固定关节，用以提高强度，减轻重量，装拆灵活，搬运方便。
为解决其技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：设计一种用铝/镁合金压铸成型的一块倒U型关节板，该关节板由弯头和与弯头连为一体的连接板组成，弯头的正反两面各设有一个凹坑，连接板的下部设有至少一个连接用通孔，在连接板的侧面各设有一条纵向的凹槽，用以连接工作用梯架。
本实用新型的有益效果是：①因本实用新型采用铝/镁材压铸的关节板，它质量轻，强度大，牢固、结实、安全，且可批量生产，有利于降低生产成本；②由于关节板的两个连接板上各设有一个连接孔，连接板的侧面设有纵向凹槽，通过穿插和螺钉、螺母可以很方便快速的与工作用梯架相连接，方便装拆和搬运；③因弯头的正反两面均设有凹坑，因此可节省铝/镁材料，减轻固定关节的重量，可以降低生产成本。

【具体实施方式】
参照附图：在用铝或镁材压铸成型的倒U型固定关节的上部设有弯头1，弯头1的正反两面各设有一个凹坑5，弯头1的下部各连接有一块连接板2，连接板的中部各设有一个通孔3，连接板的侧面设有一个纵向的凹槽4。使用时，用两个固定关节连接板的凹槽分别插入两块梯架的上端，然后用螺栓穿过连接板的通孔3和配用梯架的上端，通过螺母将其固定紧。

1.一种梯用固定关节，其特征是：所述梯用固定关节由铝或镁材压铸成型，由关节上部的弯头和与弯头连为一体的连接板组成，弯头的正反两面均设有凹坑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梯用固定关节，其特征是：所述与弯头连为一体的二块连接板中部各设有一个通孔，该连接板的侧面各设有一条纵向的凹槽。
