本实用新型涉及一种多缸柴油机部件,尤其是多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套。由至少两个气缸壁和外套组成,气缸壁与外套间形成冷却水腔,在外套的前端两侧开有主进水口和副进水口,相邻气缸壁间留有水流通道,在主进水口侧设有布水套,布水套上开有至少一个布水孔。本实用新型的优点是更加优化了冷却介质的流向和分配,降低了气缸壁在工作时的热变形,减少了窜气量,降低了机油耗,为使排放指标下降奠定了基础。

本实用新型涉及一种多缸柴油机部件,尤其是多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套。
背景技术
通常多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套采用方式:单侧进水带布水套两缸之间有水流通道、双侧进水无布水套两缸之间无水流通道等型式的缸体冷却水套结构。上类缸体冷却水套对冷却介质在流向控制不太合理、各缸分配均匀性差,同时气缸壁周围冷却介质温差较大,造成气缸壁工作时热变形严重,活塞环与气缸内壁贴合不好,最终导致窜气严重、机油消耗量大、排放指标变差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于通过对多缸柴油机缸体水套的布置方式的改变,使缸体的气缸壁在工作时热变形减小,从而减少窜气量,降低机油耗,改善排放指标。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套,由至少两个气缸壁和外套组成,气缸壁与外套间形成冷却水腔,在外套的前端两侧开有主进水口和副进水口,相邻气缸壁间留有水流通道,在主进水口侧设有布水套,布水套上开有至少一个布水孔。
通过采用带主进水口、副进水口、布水套、布水孔、冷却水腔及两相邻气缸壁之间水流通道相结合的方式,从而更加合理布置冷却介质的流向和分配。
本实用新型的优点是更加优化了冷却介质的流向和分配,降低了气缸壁在工作时的热变形,减少了窜气量,降低了机油耗,为使排放指标下降奠定了基础。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套,由至少两个并排设置的气缸壁1和外套2组成,气缸壁1与外套2间形成冷却水腔3,在外套2的前端开有主进水口4和副进水口5,相邻气缸壁1间留有水流通道6,在主进水口4侧设有布水套7,布水套7上开有至少一个布水孔8。
冷却介质从主进水口4进入布水套7后,通过布水孔8再流向冷却水腔3,同时部分冷却介质从副进水口5进入冷却水腔3,两侧冷却介质通过水流通道6相互流通。

Claims (2)

1.一种多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套,由至少两个气缸壁(1)和外套(2)组成,气缸壁(1)与外套间形成冷却水腔(3),其特征在于:在外套的前端两侧开有主进水口(4)和副进水口(5),相邻气缸壁(1)间留有水流通道(6)。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的多缸柴油机缸体冷却水套,其特征在于:在主进水口(4)侧设有布水套(7),布水套(7)上开有至少一个布水孔(8)。
