Abstract

一种锂离子电池防爆装置,它涉及一种电池防爆装置,以解决现有锂离子电池的防爆膜在制造和使用过程中易损坏、当电池失效内压增大、防爆膜破裂时造成电池内部的电解液喷出,易对使用者造成伤害的问题。它的凹形环(3)的底部开有通孔(5),防护罩(1)的侧壁面的一端连接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内侧圆壁的上端,防爆膜(2)设置在防护罩(1)和凹形环(3)之间,防爆膜(2)下侧端面的外侧周边连接在凹形环(3)的凹槽底面的外侧周边上,防护罩(1)的边缘开有多个豁口(4)。本实用新型结构紧凑,防护罩使防爆膜不会遭到意外损坏,防护膜破裂时能防止电池内部的电解液喷出对使用者造成伤害;本实用新型的工艺简单,可作为各型号电池的安全装置,又可直接连接在电池盖板或电池壳上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池防爆装置。
背景技术
目前,随着锂离子电池的不断发展,锂电池新材料的不断出现,大容量锂离子动力电池技术日渐成熟,为防止锂离子电池爆炸,确保电池的使用安全。现有电动自行车、电动汽车用锂离子电池在电池盖板的中间位置设有一个开启压力为0.3Mpa~0.6Mpa的防爆膜,由于防爆膜的厚度只有40μm左右,非常的薄,因此在动力电池制造、使用过程中防爆膜容易被碰触造成损坏;此外,当电池失效内压增大,致使防爆膜破裂时,会造成电池内部的电解液喷出,易对使用者造成伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决现有锂离子电池的防爆膜在制造和使用过程中易损坏、当电池失效内压增大、防爆膜破裂时造成电池内部的电解液喷出,易对使用者造成伤害的问题,而提供一种锂离子电池防爆装置。它由防护罩1、防爆膜2和凹形环3组成,凹形环3的底部开有通孔5,防护罩1的侧壁面的一端连接在凹形环3的凹槽内侧圆壁的上端,防爆膜2设置在防护罩1和凹形环3之间,防爆膜2下侧端面的外侧周边连接在凹形环3的凹槽底面的外侧周边上,防护罩1的边缘开有多个豁口4。
本实用新型的有益效果是:防爆装置的结构紧凑,防护罩使装配和使用过程中不会造成防爆膜的意外损坏,从而达到当电池失效内压增大,超过防护膜的泄压值,防护膜破裂时防止电池内部的电解液喷出对使用者造成伤害的目的。另外本实用的制造工艺简单,既可以作为各种系列、各种规格、各种型号电池的安全装置配件,又可焊接或粘接于电池盖板或电池壳上,因此可以应用于各种规格的电池中。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:参见图1和图2,本实施方式由防护罩1、防爆膜2和凹形环3组成,凹形环3的底部开有通孔5,防护罩1的侧壁面的一端连接在凹形环3的凹槽内侧圆壁的上端,防爆膜2设置在防护罩1和凹形环3之间,防爆膜2下侧端面的外侧周边连接在凹形环3的凹槽底面的外侧周边上,防护罩1的边缘开有多个豁口4。防爆膜2设置在防护罩1和凹形环3之间,可使防爆膜2避免在装配或使用过程中损坏;本实用新型的防爆装置设置在电池盖上,当电池失效内压增大时,电池内部的电解液从通孔5流入凹形环3内并接触到防爆膜2,达到防爆膜2的开启压力时防爆膜2被挤破,电池内部的电解液从防爆膜2被挤破的缺口处喷出,电解液喷射到防护罩1上时速度减缓并改变方向,从防护罩1边缘的豁口4流出,不会对使用者造成伤害。
具体实施方式二:参见图1和图2,本实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同点在于防爆膜2下侧端面的外侧周边焊接在凹形环3的凹槽内底面的外侧周边上,防护罩1的侧壁面焊接在凹形环3的凹槽内侧圆壁上。所述的焊接方式为激光焊接。
具体实施方式三:参见图1和图2,本实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同点在于防爆膜2下侧端面的外侧周边粘接在凹形环3的凹槽内底面的外侧周边上,防护罩1的侧壁面粘接在凹形环3的凹槽内侧圆壁上。

Claims (3)

1.一种锂离子电池防爆装置,它由防护罩(1)、防爆膜(2)和凹形环(3)组成,其特征在于凹形环(3)的底部开有通孔(5),防护罩(1)的侧壁面的一端连接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内侧圆壁的上端,防爆膜(2)设置在防护罩(1)和凹形环(3)之间,防爆膜(2)下侧端面的外侧周边连接在凹形环(3)的凹槽底面的外侧周边上,防护罩(1)的边缘开有多个豁口(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池防爆装置,其特征在于防爆膜(2)下侧端面的外侧周边焊接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内底面的外侧周边上,防护罩(1)的侧壁面焊接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内侧圆壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池防爆装置,其特征在于防爆膜(2)下侧端面的外侧周边粘接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内底面的外侧周边上,防护罩(1)的侧壁面粘接在凹形环(3)的凹槽内侧圆壁上。
