Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种背光源框架,包括四个角部分别设置装配块的框架主体,所述装配块朝向框架内的表面上设置有金属板。本实用新型通过在框架主体四个角部装配块的内侧表面上镶嵌金属板,既不影响安装,又提高了装配块易磨损位置的硬度,装配过程中不会出现磨削,减少了背光源异物不良等缺陷,加快了安装速度,使生产质量和效率得到提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于液晶显示装置中的背光源,特别是一种背光源框架。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置广泛应用于电子、通讯和家电产品中,其工作可靠性越来越受到关注。研究表明,液晶显示装置的工作可靠性在一定程度上取决于生产制造中的产品质量。
以薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)工程中适用的背光源为例,研究发现,背光源组装工艺中,框架、铝背板和导光板的安装过程易发生磨损,磨损造成的磨削产生背光源异物不良,从而造成背光源工作可靠性降低。现有技术一般采用严格的工艺要求来消除该影响,不仅效果有限,而且造成生产效率降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种背光源框架,有效解决现有技术背光源组装工艺中易发生框架磨损造成背光源出现异物不良等技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种背光源框架,包括四个角部分别设置装配块的框架主体,至少一个所述装配块朝向框架内的表面上设置有金属板。
所述金属板可以设置在所述装配块的内侧纵向表面上,也可以设置在所述装配块的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述金属板为铝板。
本实用新型提出了一种背光源框架,通过在框架主体四个角部的装配块的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上镶嵌金属板,既不会影响安装,又提高了易磨损位置的硬度,使装配过程中不会出现磨削,既最大限度地减少了背光源异物不良等缺陷,又加快了安装速度,使生产效率得到提高。本实用新型可广泛应用于PDP、TN、STN、TFT-LCD工程中适用的背光源中。
下面通过附图和实施例,对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型背光源框架的结构示意图。如图1所示,背光源框架的主体结构包括框架主体1,用于与铝背板和导光板组装成背光源,框架主体1的四个角部分别设置有装配块11,与铝背板和导光板组装配合。现有技术的框架主体1采用同一材质,其硬度低于铝背板和导光板,在组装时装配块11内侧表面易被磨损,磨损造成的磨削会产生背光源异物,从而造成背光源工作可靠性降低。本实用新型通过在框架主体1装配块11处的易磨损位置设置金属板,提高装配中易磨损位置的硬度,最大限度地减少背光源组装时磨损造成的背光源异物等缺陷。金属板21~24分别设置在框架主体1四个角部的四个装配块11朝向框架内的侧表面上,具体地,通过在装配块11内侧表面开设凹部,将金属板镶嵌在凹部内,既不会影响安装,又提高了易磨损位置的硬度,使装配过程中不会出现磨削。这样一来,既最大限度地减少了背光源异物不良等缺陷,又加快了安装速度,使生产效率得到提高。金属板21~24可以单独设置,也可以根据需要组合设置。
图2为本实用新型背光源框架左上角的结构示意图。如图2所示,装配块11设置在框架主体1的竖框上,金属板21则镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面上。具体地,金属板21的长度L1为10mm~15mm,高度为4mm~6mm,厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm,优选地,金属板21的长度L1为12mm,高度为6mm,厚度为0.5mm。
图3为本实用新型背光源框架左上角的另一结构示意图。如图3所示,在图2所示技术方案基础上,金属板21镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上,形成一种具有长边和短边的弯折形,将装配块11朝向框架内的侧表面完全覆盖。长边和短边可以单独设置,也可以是一体结构。具体地,金属板21长边的长度L1为10mm~15mm,短边的长度L2为1mm~2mm,其他参数与图2所示技术方案相同。优选地,金属板21长边的长度L1为12mm,短边的长度L2为1.5mm,使装配块11上全部易磨损位置的硬度得到强化。
图4和图5为本实用新型背光源框架左下角的结构示意图。如图4所示,装配块11设置在框架主体1的竖框上,金属板22则镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面上。如图5所示,金属板22镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上。本实施例金属板22的形状和结构参数与图2和图3所示结构相同,不再赘述。
图6为本实用新型背光源框架右上角的结构示意图。如图6所示,装配块11设置在框架主体1的竖框上,金属板23则镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面上。具体地,金属板23的长度L1为15mm~20mm,高度为4mm~6mm,厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm,优选地,金属板23的长度L1为17mm,高度为6mm,厚度为0.5mm。
图7为本实用新型背光源框架右上角的另一结构示意图。如图7所示,在图6所示技术方案基础上,金属板23镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上,形成一种具有长边和短边的弯折形,将装配块11朝向框架内的侧表面完全覆盖。长边和短边可以单独设置,也可以是一体结构。具体地,金属板23长边的长度L1为15mm~20mm,短边的长度L2为1mm~2mm,其他参数与图6所示技术方案相同。优选地,金属板21长边的长度L1为17mm,短边的长度L2为1.5mm,使装配块11上全部易磨损位置的硬度得到强化。
图8和图9为本实用新型背光源框架右下角的结构示意图。如图8所示,装配块11设置在框架主体1的竖框上,金属板24则镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面上。如图9所示,金属板24镶嵌在装配块11的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上。本实施例金属板24的形状和结构参数与图6和图7所示结构相同,不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本实用新型进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光源框架,包括四个角部分别设置装配块的框架主体,其特征在于,至少一个所述装配块朝向框架内的表面上设置有金属板。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板设置在所述装配块的内侧纵向表面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板设置在所述装配块的内侧纵向表面和内侧横向表面上。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,设置在装配块内侧纵向表面上的金属板的长度为10mm~15mm,高度为4mm~6mm,厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板的长度为12mm,高度为6mm,厚度为0.5mm。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,设置在装配块内侧纵向表面上的金属板的长度为15mm~20mm,高度为4mm~6mm,厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板的长度为17mm,高度为6mm,厚度为0.5mm。
8.如权利要求3所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,设置在装配块内侧横向表面上的金属板的长度为1mm~2mm,高度为4mm~6mm,厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板的长度为1.5mm,高度为6mm,厚度为0.5mm。
10.如权利要求1、2、3、5、7、8或9所述的背光源框架,其特征在于,所述金属板为铝板。
