本实用新型涉及一种水平井热采套管头,主要包括悬挂器(1)、压盖(2)、本体(3),并且悬挂器(1)下端与内层套管(5)相连接;其特征在于:本体(3)分别与压盖(2)及表层套管(6)相连接,压盖(2)套装在悬挂器(1)上,且压在悬挂器(1)外台阶处;悬挂器(1)由本体(3)内腔中部的台阶定位,悬挂器(1)的外侧凸起部分装有密封圈(4);在本体(3)的中部还设计有旁侧孔。本实用新型有效解决了稠油水平井钻井固井过程中的有控固井和采油作业的安全生产问题,实现了热采水平井有控固井及套管的可靠悬挂和准确定位,确保了钻井固井施工的安全性及井口的可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田生产中采油(气)井的井口控制机械设备,特别是一种水平井热采套管头。
背景技术
随着稠油水平井开采效果的日益明显,近年来国内许多油田不断加大了稠油热采的开发力度的同时,更多的关注用水平井工艺开采稠油,但在稠油开采过程中需要注入温度高达300℃-350℃的过热蒸汽,以降低稠油的黏度便于开采,由此也产生了套管在高温作用的受热伸长对后期采油作业的不利影响。稠油水平井钻井过程中,为满足有控固井及套管的可靠悬挂和准确定位,需要与水平井相配的热采套管头。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水平井热采套管头,可实现稠油水平井带防喷器进行有控固井,并且在热采注汽时能有效的控制套管受热伸长。
本实用新型主要包括悬挂器1、压盖2、本体3,并且悬挂器1下端与内层套管5相连接;本体3分别与压盖2及表层套管6相连接,压盖2套装在悬挂器1上,且压在悬挂器1外台阶处;悬挂器1由本体3内腔中部的台阶定位,悬挂器1的外侧凸起部分装有密封圈4;在本体3的中部还设计有旁侧孔。
本实用新型涉及的热采套管头有效解决了稠油水平井钻井固井过程中的有控固井和采油作业的安全生产问题,实现了热采水平井有控固井及套管的可靠悬挂和准确定位,确保了钻井固井施工的安全性及井口的可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型主要包括悬挂器1、压盖2、本体3,并且悬挂器1下端与内层套管5相连接;本体3分别与压盖2及表层套管6相连接,压盖2套装在悬挂器1上,且压在悬挂器1外台阶处;悬挂器1由本体3内腔中部的台阶定位,悬挂器1的外侧凸起部分装有密封圈4;在本体3的中部还设计有旁侧孔。
本体3通过其上部的螺纹和下部的螺纹分别与压盖2及表层套管6相连接,并且压盖2上端的内环圈压在整体式悬挂器1上部的台阶处,使内层套管5的受热伸长得到控制。悬挂器1由本体3内腔中部的台阶定位。悬挂器1的外侧凸起部分上加工有密封圈槽,通过密封圈4实现与本体3内腔之间的密封。在本体3的中部还设计有旁侧孔,可安装丝堵、闸门等附件。

1.一种水平井热采套管头,主要包括悬挂器(1)、压盖(2)、本体(3),并且悬挂器(1)下端与内层套管(5)相连接;其特征在于:本体(3)分别与压盖(2)及表层套管(6)相连接,压盖(2)套装在悬挂器(1)上,且压在悬挂器(1)外台阶处;悬挂器(1)由本体(3)内腔中部的台阶定位,悬挂器(1)的外侧凸起部分装有密封圈(4);在本体(3)的中部还设计有旁侧孔。
