本实用新型涉及到电线的技术领域,尤其涉及到一种漆包铜扁线。
背景技术
目前电磁线专业生产厂家所广泛采用的漆包铜扁线大多采用单涂层的方式涂制,其附着性能较差,且贮存后会产生电压降,越来越满足不了现代工业生产的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷,对漆包铜扁线进行了改进,目的在于提供一种优质的漆包铜扁线,以满足现代工业生产的需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:在铜扁线表层涂设两层漆层。
内层采用高附着性能绝缘漆,外层采用高热冲击性能绝缘漆。
在外层的外表面涂设高耐冷冻、耐溶剂性能绝缘漆。
本实用新型中的内层绝缘漆具有良好的附着性能,外层绝缘漆具有良好的高热冲击性能,在外层的外表面涂设高耐冷冻、耐溶剂性能绝缘漆,这样使得本实用新型的漆包铜扁线具有良好的附着性能,良好的高热冲击性能和良好的耐冷冻、耐溶剂性能,解决了单一涂层的电压降问题。

实施例1
本实用新型采用传统的涂漆工艺在铜扁线4的的表层涂制具有高附着性能的内层绝缘漆3,然后烘干,再采用干碰湿涂制工艺涂制具有高热冲击性能的外层绝缘漆。
实施例2
本实用新型采用传统的涂漆工艺在铜扁线4的的表层涂制具有高附着性能的内层绝缘漆3,然后烘干,再采用干碰湿涂制工艺由内而外依次涂制具有高热冲击性能的外层绝缘漆2和具有高耐冷冻、耐溶剂性能的表层绝缘漆1。

1.漆包铜扁线,其特征在于,在铜扁线表层涂设两层漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漆包铜扁线,其特征在于,内层采用高附着性能绝缘漆,外层采用高热冲击性能绝缘漆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的漆包铜扁线,其特征在于,在外层的外表面涂设高耐冷冻、耐溶剂性能绝缘漆。
